The property was perfect for those who need to be in or around the Westmead medical precinct. For that reason it was very convenient and the staff were delightful and very welcoming and helpful

Firstly shout out to Rebecca she was helpful in all areas. Was disappointed that even though i requested wheelchair accessible delux suite i was not able to access and was placed in a queen. The cleaning staff were excellent.

Booked last minute and was able to head straight to the hotel and they already had my booking. Probably 20 mins from booking to arrival. Can get a bit loud at night with the other people staying, but that's a reflection of them not the hotel
