A Cozy Stay with Outstanding Service Ethan, the night manager, was absolutely phenomenal in helping my family secure a last-minute accommodation. His kindness and efficiency made a stressful situation feel effortless. We stayed in a loft suite. While it was a bit dated, the overall experience was positive. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the attached restaurant pleasantly surprised us—better than the reputation some hotel eateries carry. The hotel is currently under construction, but if I return to Stowe, I’d love to try one of the renovated rooms. Despite the renovations, check-in and check-out were quick and easy. What really made the stay special for our family were the thoughtful extras: fresh-baked cookies available all the time, mini-golf (putt-putt), onsite bowling, and even a washer and dryer in sight—huge wins when traveling with kids.

We had a lovely stay in October. The loft room is large enough to accommodate 5 people comfortably. A yard and a river nearby at the rear entrance of the room. Very good facilities for families on site: Bowling, mini golf, pool, laundromat. The location is good for Stowe in the peak seasons because it's not in the traffic packed, little to no parking center. 5-15 min of drive by car (depends in traffic). 20-30 min walk on the lovely recreational route. Close to good restaurants. Friendly staff.

Incredible stay here. We had a loft that slept 8 and we were more than comfortable with our party of 6. Ethan at the reception is amazing, the epitome of exceptional customer service. Hotels location is also great with a quick drive to most attractions and even walkable restaurants and breweries. There’s a beautiful river that you can also access behind the hotel. Pool and hot tub are open until 10:00 which was perfect for us. This was one of my absolutely favorite places to stay. I got to relax and truly enjoy nature. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Summer or year round Getaway – A True Vermont Gem! We had the pleasure of spending 2 nights and 3 days at the Sun & Ski Inn and Suites this past July, and it was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that instantly made us feel welcome. The property is beautifully maintained, with a perfect blend of cozy charm and modern comfort. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the ample windows overlooking the West Branch Little River and the Stowe mountains made mornings absolutely magical. The location is unbeatable – nestled right in Stowe, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and scenic walking paths. After a day of exploring, the on-site amenities were a treat. We especially loved relaxing by the river in the evening and enjoying the peaceful, picturesque setting. Every staff member we encountered was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both pampered and completely at home, but Sun & Ski Inn and Suites delivers exactly that. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already planning our next visit. AMAZING! Location, cleanliness, amenities... all top notch! The pool and hot tub are fantastic, the mini golf and bowling are a blast, and the best part is the beautiful creek in the back. My daughter enjoyed finding cool rocks and catching little fish. Huge shout out to Ethan at the front desk. His customer service was by far the best we've ever received. Stay here!
