I just love this hotel, great location, great service, easy everything!

No towels in the room when we arrived. When we came back from a long day out the rooms were not clean and no towels. We had to change room in the middle of the night because there was no water. Not a good experience at all. The reason for the 3 stars was the breakfast buffet was excellent Chef Hassan was amazing felt very welcome

I reserved this hotel three months prior and when I heard there was bombing in Beirut, we decided to change our destination for safety reasons. Hotel would not refund us the money. Poor service and communication

We liked the location. Within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Easy to get an Uber. The toilet was running and making a ton of noise when we got there, they sent someone up to fix it quickly. Then in the morning the toilet wouldn’t flush. They sent someone up quickly to fix it. We didn’t like that the hotel advertised a pool and there is no working pool. Our 9 year old was very disappointed and so were we. False advertising. We also didn’t like that the front desk woke all of us up (including our child) twice, once at 10:30 pmish and the second time around midnight in order to acuse us of overstaying our reservation. Which was completely false. We paid for two nights and were perfectly within our rights to be there. We needed those hours of sleep because we had a 6am flight and left the hotel at around 3am. Oh and also the first night a man woke us up at 9pm to ask us if we needed more shampoo. Weirdest thing ever. I would not recommend this hotel and we will not be returning.

The hotel base at center of Beirut, very clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast, reasonable price, goid size room, large lounge. Just very hoteland facilties
