It’s okay. Recently renovated bathrooms and paint. Breakfast was disappointing. It was all cold foods, just breads/cereal. Not a great part of town.

It was really close to most the filming locations of one tree hill and the river walk

False advertising of offering hot breakfast on website which there was NOT When asking manager about the issue, she became rude. Also witnessed her arguing with another guest. Do NOT go there!!

What you see online is not what you get. Rooms are outdated and smell of smoke. There are bugs and rat traps around. I wanted to cry that I had my family sleep here. Dangerous area and staff was horrible to us. Wouldn’t discuss anything and then used profanity multiple times at us. Will never go back again.

Good stay the hotel breakfast was bagels, fruit, coffee and juice.

It was a nice stay. There wasn’t much parking but at least the owners also own the other lot as well

Room was clean. Entrance to hotel needs work badly stained up carpet in the 3rd floor was nasty one spot was so sticky my shoe stuck to it. There was a prostitute staying on that floor near my room and she had a lot of customers in and out most of the night the cops even showed up as a result got up in morning for work and there was a person sleeping on the ground behind my truck

Several shipping containers in the parking lot taking up parking spaces. Had to park at the storage area next door. Need to offer more items for breakfast. It was too limited.

Loved the property. Me and the kids stayed at the pool most of the time!! The rooms are big and spacious!

We enjoyed the room. It was much nicer than we expected.

This property is under renovation. The staff notified me of this when the reservation was made. The staff was very nice!! The rooms are dated but I am sure they will look much better once renovated.

The rating of this hotel was misleading, it was old and dirty , It is in remodeling and it was a big mess. Pool was not open and there was not warning about repairing and several amenities not working. I have been in country suites and sleep in that area they have superior quality and more affordable. I am not going back to comfort suites, it was a ripe off

I do not recommend this property. Not clean, not maintained.

Hotel was under construction but there was this musty smell in the room and ended up getting sick the next two days after my stay from being congested and had to switch rooms once already due to the AC not working in the first room. Would not recommend until construction is done potentially

Stained carpets throughout the hotel, stained shower, small uncomfortable pillows, lumpy comforter, bad odor. We asked for different room, they were accommodating and put us in a different room that was in slightly better shape, but with same small pillows and lumpy comforter.

Bed was not very comfortable, but everything else was OK

TERRIBLE. Never going here again. Hotel has a disrespectful GM, nasty attitudes when help is needed. Total opposite of what is advertised online. No pool access until June, half the parking lot is blocked off because of construction with taped up windows (our room included). Rooms are covered in mildew with disgusting wet smell. Beds and carpets are full of nasty red stains. The bathroom doors don’t even shut and lock. My 1 year old was able to push the door wide open. The A/C wasn’t even working. WHAT ELSE COULD GO WRONG?? No discount or refund offered. We almost decided to leave at 6am due to the nasty moldy smell, but with multiple kids wanting a beach experience we stayed through it. Do not recommend.

Overall a good stay and value. Spacious room. Clean. Building renovation is underway so free breakfast is limited with items in lobby temporarily. TV in room did not work upon arrival but was promptly taken care of once reported.
