This hotel has charming and cheerful decor and is maintained beautifully. The location is very walkable and central. There is daily maid service and our request for more blankets and howto work the heating were promptly provided. À la Carte breakfast is available. What was truly exceptional was the concierge services! We had to deal with a medical emergency on a Sunday and the staff located qualified doctor which was really a challenge and took time. They were extremely supportive and we ended up staying extra days due to the medical problem. They were totally accommodating. They also helped us with train reservations that were difficult to make without a computer. These are the best people! We would definitely stay there again! The dining room is so beautifully decorated! Food was delicious. The croissant perfect.

The hotel offers private use of the sauna/steam located on the basement level. The room is on the small side but does make up for it with a well though out layout that includes a small lounge and everything else you would need.

The room was beautiful, a corner room with lots of light. Breakfast served for a fee is delicious and varied.

Staff were terrific and so helpful with trains and advice on sights! Philipp and Lagos were exceptional caring for us, reheating our leftovers, city attractions and providing us with GREAT service. Location of this hotel is FANTASTIC! Close to everything, bakery for breakfast and coffee, Underground and many shops and museums. Rooms are nicely appointed and beds and pillows comfortable! One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Gorgeous interior decor and the rooms are stunning. The lights in the rooms were impactful. Staff super friendly in particular Philip. Note there is no breakfast buffet but rather à la carte. Also be mindful the lift is very small but honestly it added to the charm of the place. Location was perfection pretty much close to anything major in the city. AC was nice.

I wish I could give this jewel of a hotel a 5+! The room enveloped you in comfort (heater bathroom floor) and beauty plus every surface shone with shiny cleanliness. We enjoyed our delicious coffee comfortably every morning from the pod with an awesome pastry that we picked up the night before from Oferl bakery down the block. For a bougie breakfast we went 2 blocks down to SIL. There were plenty of restaurants, stores, museums and public transportation lines within 4 minutes. The 1900 exhibit at the Leopold Museum across the street was amazing. A free English paper was available every day. Front staff was excellent.

It's a fantastic hotel in the perfect location withstaff accommodating and friendly staff. A private spa in the basement area was a surprising bonus.

Very cute, comfy, cozy boutique hotel located near restaurants, shopping, Hofburg museums, and beautiful gardens. Highly recommend Offerl bakery just next door for snacks too. Staff is thoughtful and attentive. Elevator is small and slow but adds nicely to the charm of the hotel. Definitely book your spa/sauna session in advance as it gets quite full
