Friendly staff and reliable. Good food. Excellent view of La Rambla.

The hotel facilities are ok. However, the food needs significant improvement. I ordered a soup that had no flavor at all, and the pizza tasted like a frozen pizza you would buy at Walmart.

O Staff foi muito atencioso, porém o hotel está velho e precisa ser renovado. Quarto não estava muito limpo e 1 elevador não estava funcionando, o que causou transtorno a todos os hóspedes.

Son unos estafadores hice una recetas por 12 días cuando llegue allá me digeron que el desayuno no iba incluido me cobraron 12$ por día hasta el hielo me lo cobraron 80 pesos de verdad que mala esperincia de estar allá

The hotel is good and well located. I booked a room just to sleep because I left my luggage at my sister's house. The first night everything was fine. The second night the key card didn't work. I went to reception and they fixed it. I went to enter the room and it was occupied by other people. I went back down. They assigned me another room and it was also with other people. That happened with four rooms that they assigned me. A disaster.

I was so thankful for an early check in after an all night flight. They also held my bag for the last day after checkout. It was easy to find my way. The only thing I wish was that I had a room w a view. Ah well. You can't have it all.
