Very disappointed I did t receive a free bottle of wine as promised I didn’t get an upgrade or even a late check out. The lights in the room didn’t work shower outdated

Beautiful place Amazing stay

Lazy Parrot is a quaint, casual place to stay. We were looking to stay on the west coast of PR, not far from beaches. Overall it is clean and surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation. Room was spacious. What we didn’t like was the lack of staff. The front desk only has employees from 10 am - 5 pm. If you arrive later than 5 be prepared to go on a scavenger hunt to find your room key. We leave super early in the morning and come back late from our beach adventures so we never saw employees. After our first day out we noticed that although they placed fresh towels in the room, they didn’t add toilet paper or refill toiletries. So the next day we made a point to call and ask. It’s ridiculous to have to ask when they know the room is for 4 people and doesn’t have the basics. After returning from a full day out they had not done so. We were completely out so we called the after hours number. It took over an hour to bring it, so finally at 10 pm we could shower. They know Rincon is a beach area and people are going to want to come back and shower after a day out. I shouldn’t even have to call during business hours to ask them to refill these things, but the fact that I actually DID call and they still didn’t refill it made me frustrated. Also housekeeping doesn’t make beds, clean or sweep. Only replaces towels.

The Lazy Parrot was a beautiful place to stay. The planting around the hotel was very attractive and the pool area was very relaxing. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable with beautiful views over the pool and across the trees to the ocean. It was impeccably clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great Thai meal on site and there is a pool bar that is open in the afternoon and evening. An absolute gem of a place.

Property was nice, relatively clean, and some nice views. When staff was present, they were very nice efficient. Very limited staff and hours were very unpredictable.

The hotel was very nice especially for the price. I stayed in a king suite and it was clean spacious in the property was well kept. The property definitely wasn’t beachfront, but there was only a short drive to the nearest beach. I will stay here again.

A very calm and safe place with very friendly staff.

We had a very relaxing few days at The Lazy Parrot. We loved that The Lazy Parrot is clean, quiet and laid back. The location is convenient to the beaches and town. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. We do wish that the restaurant also served breakfast.

What a fun little resort!! A true tropical oasis! The room was spacious and quiet, grounds were beautiful, staff was amazing!! Nice pool area and convenient central Rincon location. Mildred, Oscar and Louis were so helpful and attentive!! We will be back!!

The place was nice. We stayed on the third floor overlooking the pool area. The chicken started making noise at about 3:45 in the morning which wasn’t great.
