We stayed at Asia Airport Hotel as part of a large athletic delegation attending a sports tournament at Rangsit University, booking at least 33 rooms across various types on floors 16, 17, and 18. Location & Amenities: The hotel is relatively close to Don Mueang Airport, making it suitable if you simply need a quick airport transit stay. Directly underneath, there is a dated mall with basic amenities like a supermarket, Starbucks, and KFC. Nearby within walking distance, you will find McDonald's, 7-Eleven, Watsons, and a local night market with cheap, diverse street food options. Service & Communication: English proficiency among the staff is very limited. Given the noticeable number of international guests, front desk and service communication definitely needs improvement. Room Condition (Floors 17 & 18): The property is visibly dated, with an old-school layout that is in desperate need of a proper revamp. Rooms on floors 17 and 18 are mostly carpeted, which felt damp, stale, and dusty. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Even after requesting housekeeping, crumbs remained under the desk. The pillows had a distinct musty odor, the curtains were torn, and the bathtub surface was peeling. Plumbing: The hot water was erratic—switching between lukewarm and scalding without warning. Air Conditioning: The AC system is very antiquated with mechanical dial knobs that do not regulate temperature properly. It blasts freezing air directly onto the bed, making sleeping uncomfortable, yet turning it off makes the room unbearably stuffy. In-room facilities: The TV is an older model (not a smart TV) with mostly fuzzy, unstable signal reception. Complimentary drinking water is strictly limited to two 500ml bottles per day, with any additional bottles charged extra. Dining: The breakfast buffet was extremely repetitive. Over our 5-day, 4-night stay, the breakfast spread barely changed at all. The Silver Lining: The standout positive was their flexibility with event facilities. Our team needed practice space and was able to rent one of their ballrooms twice across different days. While ballrooms are not intended as training facilities, the space served our emergency needs well. Unless required by a specific event or sports tournament around Rangsit/Don Mueang, this wouldn't be our choice of stay. Definitely an unforgettable experience, but primarily in terms of enduring the stay rather than enjoying it.

It's ideal for a short stay before heading to the airport in the morning. It's not too far to travel to Don Mueang Airport.

The room is nice and clean. It's near a shopping mall with plenty of food options and is located on a main road. All amenities are available. Anyone coming to take exams at the Thammasat University center can stay here. It's a bit far, but taxis and Grab are readily available and the transportation costs aren't expensive.

Very impressed. The reception staff were excellent, the room was clean, and it was very convenient for travel. It's close to shopping areas and there are plenty of places to eat.

The carpet and air conditioner were very old; I sneezed all night. The lights in the room were dim; it looked scary.

Near to Don Mueng airport but far from Bangkok city.need to take Bolt around 45 min to get there.

The price was reasonable when I booked. It was worth it and close to the airport. If I could get a price like this, I would choose this as my regular place to stay. The hotel is located in the Zeer Rangsit shopping mall. Food and dining are very convenient.

Overall experience is okay. The room may not look new but the staff here are all lovely and friendly. There will be some noise because the hotel is currently undergoing renovation. Compared to the price, it is very worthwhile.

Convenient location, good service from the receptionist, but the staff in the restaurant talked about personal matters, not very good service to customers. Breakfast is limited, not delicious, not much variety.

Booking a room with breakfast, when in the restaurant, there is no halal food available, it is suggested to provide halal food for guests.
