Staff was excellent. Property was very clean.

- I returned in the early hours on my second night to find room had not been cleaned, nor refreshed. No clean towels. Staff lied, by documenting (per day supervisor) that the room had been refreshed, - I requested coffee for two. One and half cup of lukewarm coffee was served. I requested hot coffee. - Restaurant staffer told me the lady manager was in the building, however, when I asked for her at the front desk, a gentleman who said he was the day supervisor said he was the administrator on duty! - After paying so much money per night, I look forward to hearing a good reason why my room was not cleaned or refreshed. - Disappointed customer.

Had some noise late at night on our floor from some kids but one call to the front desk solved it.

The staff was particularly helpful.

nice hotel - crazy busy everytime we go - lots of kids this time loud door slamming and kids running the hallways. Nice clean hotel well run and maintained but if you are looking for something cozy its not our go to

Great!!

Stay was great! Only concern was it is a dog friendly hotel and there was a small dog barking in the evening. Luckily it stopped after 10p.
