I loved the staff here they are extremely helpful. The breakfast was ok but basic but a solid 4/5

Dirty room, broken furniture, nobody removed the full garbage bags after they supposedly clean the room. Nothing get replenished. The hotel advertises that they serve a breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner but they forget to mention that weekends the restaurant is closed and there is nothing close by where you can get something to eat, no even a supermarket nearby. If you walk couple of block away you will feel unsafe even during the day and you have to watch your step so you dont step on dog or human poop. And the air conditioning is controlled by the hotel, the thermostat doesn’t let the guest control it therefore you have to sleep with the windows open and then good luck with the noise. I know that the neighborhood has nothing to do with the hotel service but the rest what I mentioned is pretty bad.

I chose the hotel because it was close to where I was working. It really didn’t end up being a convenient location.

Miserable first impression from the receptionist who never smiled, didn't say hello or a please/thank you. Reception had rap music playing with offensive swear words - not ideal when checking in with a child. Room was comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was a god-send!

The hotel was fine, slept well (bed great) and the evening bar staff were fun. Our Check-In could have been more friendly, but we were eventually allowed in at 13.00 as opposed to the stated 14.00. Don’t like the Deposit starting against my account as “Pending” fro a week after we departed, couldn’t it be cleared on Departure? Otherwise happy stay @ Hotel Kyriad Marseille Palais Des Congres - Vélodrome.

Room too small, double charged me

Good value for money and self parking which is very important in Marseille. Close enough to the Velodrome and good value for money .

Everything was good, only the room is little bit too small to move the chair and you might hear cars from the road, but overall good experience. If you don't mind walking for 40 mins, you can get to city center. Currently, you can get takeaway breakfast to your room because of covid. Breakfast: baguette, jam, butter, small sweet pastry and drink of your choice.

Blocked 2 of my partners card by trying to authorise a payment for a deposit. This deposit Is not even stated before booking your hotel. You have to pay 100€ upon arrival as guarantee which is so stupid. First card payment was attempted 3x because apparently it was declining, my partner called his bank and 300€ was taken out of the card And his second card €100 was taken out as he attempted it once. Very unhappy with this service.

Enjoyed staying there more then some other hotels in Marseille with higher prices. Particularly enjoyed watching a large TV with additional sports channels which are not available in many other hotels.

Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Marseille

We used this hotel as a stopover after the late evening fright to Marseille. Relatively easy to find, parking 8 euro. Room was clean and had some really useful things like kettle. Good value for money. Wi-fi available free of charge.

Great breakfast!!!! The hotel was ok, not bad, not great due to some cleaning issues but since we were just there for overnight it was fine with us. I found myself sneezing quite a bit but I survived. The room size is good but the cleaning needs attention. The cleaning staff forgot a cleaning old rug in the sink of my bathroom and My feet got really dirty grey when I stepped in the room without my sleepers which was an indication among others that cleaning needs attention. Also noticed that cleaning staff had displayed by the carpeted floor along the hallway the new towels that she was placed in the rooms after cleaning. The towels were folded and displayed by the carpeted floor without any protection under so I knew there and then were my room new towel had been. :( Reception staff was not knowledgeable about places to go. She apologised though but she wasn't of any help. The breakfast though and the breakfast staff were amazing!!! One of the best breakfast in our family trip so far! Freshly squeezed orange juice and amazing frozen yogurt were magical! Because of breakfast I would book this hotel again and just bring my own towel. ;)

Very good hotel Polite staf

On arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was vrry comfortable. The hotel is not too far from two metro stations but there are a few busy roads to cross to get there. I was staying there for the Marseille Cassis and found it very convenient.

Very poor location no restarants close by. Hotel restaurant closed one night without warning also cold showers. Outside area very dodgy and rubbish everywhere.avoid this hotel.
