Due to weather connecting flight was missed, so we missed a day. Hotel manager did not consider to waive for one day. Plus we spend five hours playing with thermostat and was hot inside AC never cooled it. Finally, we called help desk and tech came and manually turned on AC and said yes that thermostat do not work. If it was not working why there was no sign for indication.

I like it overall. Room was cozy, clean, bed was comfortable. One thing I didn’t like at all that they changed my king room to queen and it was a connecting room. Also, table lamp didn’t work. Breakfast was nice.

Location very convenient frm airport and going diwntown. Hotel is great for its designated standard. There's a gym too. Will recommend.

These accommodations were perfectly adequate on a very basic scale. No frills. Clean. Spacious. Basic. A bit of a commute to central Toronto. Very adequate.

I didn't realize when I booked the room that there was no patio door to go outside. Everything else was amazing. The smell in the hallway and lobby was awesome. Not sure what they use, but it was very enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Super hôtel, environnement un peu bruyant et on entends un peu les voisins de chambre mais ce fût un super séjour. Le personnel est super et l'hôtel très propre. Le petit déjeuner parfait!
