Room was nice but the shower did not drain.

The best thing is the height of the underground garage for tall vehicles and it is heated also. They have a ski storage room at the lobby. Two blocks from the Whistler base gondolas!! Friendly, helpful staff. I have stayed there many times over the last 20 years.

We stayed in the hotel due to a terrible crash on the Sea-to-sky Hwy. The room was clean, friendly staff. SO, it was good. thanks.

Lovely hotel, however there is no breakfast offerings or an office open to use. The restaurant had no openings for dinner so had to walk elsewhere.

Great location in the upper village. Room had a mini fridge, but lacking a microwave. Note that there is limited underground parking, which is stated in hotel info. Friendly and responsive staff.

Staff was lovely and location was great but for the price I definitely thought the building/ property wouldn’t be so old. Tv had to be fixed more than once. You could hear noise from the hallway like the door was open. Old decor. Not what I wanted for $450 a night. But great staff and it had some charm.

The property was clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The only thing is we had a hard time looking for the hotel it was behind the Crystal hotel no signs outside

The staff were fabulous and super helpful. We showed up 4 hours early and they had a room ready for us without any grief at all. Ski check was easy and fast. Room was super comfortable with good bed, pillows. Bathroom and toiletries were very nice. Honestly the best value we’ve experienced in whistler after coming here for 30+ years

The photos do not reflect the reality of the hotel. Our room was very small, and the in‑room internet did not work at all. The hallways felt extremely low and stuffy, and the hotel entrance looked old and dirty. The entire property clearly needs renovation. The only positive is that it’s within walking distance of the shopping area. Overall, I believe the price is too high for the quality of service provided.
