Air conditioner started making bad noises around 3am, turned off and could hear next door's one. Looks like a poor a/c maintenance. Could go back to sleep until 5am, terrible

Excelent. Friedly, great amenities and great staff.

I liked that there are several dining options nearby. The rooms need better cleaning. The sheets and duvet were never changed during my stay (6 nights) even though I specifically requested. The floor was visibly dirty (hair, crumbs). Towels are old, stained, and scarce.

Breakfast wasn’t included with my reservation and the price for it was too expensive for what it was served.

This property needs bathrooms upgrade. Needs in room refrigerator. This property has a onsite restaurant but doesn’t have a English Menu. Staff speaks little English so it’s very hard to order food.

Good service and the area is well located as well i liked it..

It’s okay but can be noise at night and I don’t like people knocking my door at 8:30 am
