The Lloyd Restaurant is the best thing about this location the staff there are top tier unlike the rest of the hotel.

Room and hotel was clean. The staff are sooo kind and accommodating. Any question we had was answered with enthusiasm to help. I would recommend here to stay if you visit montreal. We stayed mostly inside as the weather was bad this winter but i have no complaints it was a cozy stay. The hotel restaurant was lovely and the breakfast buffet was just as nice. This place has what you need for a relaxing stay.

Very noisy heating in room had to change rooms, was still noisy but less noisy than first.. There is no pool even though it was advertised they do Finally some small things like having bathrobe but no slippers, pillows not great

Staff, view, decor of the room were all amazing. The room, however, was extremely loud due to the AC / heating system. The parking is poorly indicated and has no individual identifiers for the parking space, only the floor level.

The room was good but location was the key.
