Wonderful room. Lovely view and loved the patio

We enjoyed the hotel and staff that were so helpful with restaurants, taxis and area events. Rooms were spacious and the restaurant on site had wonderful breakfast.

In the middle of town surrounded by shopping and transit.

Hotel was in the heart of Lisbon, near all of the areas and sights we wanted to see as well as being close to public transit. Lovely, spacious room and great roof top bar. Would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Lisbon!

Overall, wonderful stay in the heart of Lisbon. The only issue was our bed was not comfortable at all. The room was huge, but the bed was a Murphy bed, which made no sense. It was uncomfortable for the price we paid for the room.

Great location in Chiado area and walkable to some of the tourist attractions. Lot of restaurants, safe at night. Great service by staff.

Super friendly staff, conveniently located to walk to the sites in Lisbon. The bed was very comfy (or we were too tired from exploring) and the rainfall shower was great. The breakfast was European and tasty. Three small cons: 1. They need more than one individual coffee/cappuccino makers for the breakfast area. At one point, the line was five people long. 2. Maybe think about getting umbrellas for the individual porches as the sun was brutal. 3. We bought a bottle of wine in town and wanted to enjoy it on our porch. They had no ice maker, but the bar was going to charge 10 Euros for a wine bucket with ice. Hotel Do Chiado is a boutique hotel and charging for ice seemed out of character.

A spacious room with superb balcony offering tremendous views over the city. The roof top bar was an ideal location to relax with cocktails

Loved this hotel. Great location and great staff. We needed parking and it was very good with lift access to the car once parked. Lots of restaurants etc around. The hotel has an excellent rooftop bar. Highly recommended
