great place and Tims is close

Rooms look clean, sheets not very white. Staff members are different, some are not helpful, some are friendly, not enough smiling. Not very helpful in explaining, I asked Tuesday night for an extension stay, staff did not want to explain that they were sold out, and responded to go and check the online booking, didn't want to talk much. Other than that the place is okay.

Room service very good their address was full so we could not leave a message. Tried twice for service 😔

Everything was great. Will definitely stay again. Only small issue was that both treadmills were out of order.

There was hair in the bathroom sink wasn’t clean. It was hair in the tub.

One of the biggest surprises was that the on-site restaurant is very very good!
