Upon entrance this hotel, there were people in their car blasting music, and smelled like marijuana. I moved my rental car to a well lit area of the parking lot, because my first impression of the surrounding were horrible. The check in process was fast and friendly. Once I checked into the room, I noticed my tv did not work and the screen was completely blue. When I went to the front desk, I advised there was a maintenance ticket being submitted, and alot of tvs were like that in many rooms is what she said. I asked to be changed to another room since I would like to watch TV, she stated they had no other rooms to change me to. I asked the second day about the maintenace ticket and was advised they did not see what I was talking about. I was trying to locate another hotel in the area and leave out of this one, but being graduation weekend most decent places were full. I am disappointed in the amount of money I paid and how uncomfortable I was in this hotel. I would never recommend this lodging facility to anyone especially being from out of state.

We stayed one night with our dog. We didn’t try the breakfast. However, the service was right on and the room was large and clean. Unfortunately it was on the third floor and our dog hated the elevator, which we didn’t expect because it was her first time. Since it was one night, we didn’t request a change. We’ll request a first floor room next time!

The room was surprisingly quiet - maybe no one was next to me for the week I stayed? Although there was quite a bunch of noise from the highway, but I didn't mind that as it was steady. The "grab and go" breakfast is pretty weak - don't count on filling up. Coffee was good, but they ran out of travel lids mid-week - really? Room was clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly. I'd stay here again.

This was a medium-level hotel that was affordable and close to Brown University, where we were present for Commencement and Alumni Reunions. There are several restaurants in the neighborhood but none in the hotel proper. Breakfast offering were minimal, with packets of packaged food and cocoa, coffee or tea to drink. The mattress could have been firmer. Still, overall, it was satisfactory and filled our needs for the weekend. Access to the freeway was close and the staff was extremely friendly, with a greeting every morning.

I will start off by saying I was not a fan of the on call room service. Was trying to figure out why it wasn't automatic like most hotels. On top of that the back door card reader was broken so it made things inconvenient. Check in was easy and the grab and go breakfast was ok. Me personally I wouldn't stay at a place like this again because I feel as though the standards weren't up to par.

The staff is always pleasant and efficient. This is a very convenient place for lodging when in town to visit family.Well Done!

Our adult son has Autism. We arrived early and the staff accommodated us by getting a room ready. They could see he was very stressed and helped us out.
