Nice boutique hotel in the heart kf quebec old town. Walking distance to the major sights. Theres a water dispenser that is free for all guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy.. love the L’occitane toiletries. We would definitely stay again.

Front desk you get gentleman should be more polite and communicate with guests if he is busy working in his computer

Awesome stay

Stayed 3 nights nice old building but the room has no modern features, bathroom has no vanity to put anything. Hot water didn’t last my entire shower. TV was just basic cable and was not visible in the main bedroom area continental breakfast was not included and was $26 per person. Expected more for $500 per night.

Cool room walkable to every QC has to offer

This property is first rate, the restaurant on site is excellent, the staff exceptional. Especially Luis. Quiet location, on site gym. No frig in room but front desk has one that they kept two small items for me.

There were things I really liked about this hotel. It was wonderful that they had water stations and a coffee station available 24 hours a day. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working correctly, and this ended up making me pretty sick about two days into my stay. The hotel did recognize the issue and fixed the room temperature, though the lobby and lounge area remained warm. The location is perfect, and I really enjoyed my time in Old Quebec despite getting sick.

Beautiful location and accommodation for our family of 4 in Old Quebec City. The common spaces were also very comfortable and enjoyed.

Great location and beautifully appointed suites but parking is a few blocks away and the establishment is not accessible from the street, stairs to get in at every entrance. We had to carry several suitcases, coolers and travel bags in rather than use our wagons or a hotel caddy. Other than that, staff were polite, rooms were clean and check in/out was easy.

Clean with a friendly staff. Location was great i just wish the room amd the bed were bigger. Other than that all perfect. Hotel is in a beautiful location and a gorgeous building.

Excellent experience. The room was comfortable and charming. Windows open fully onto the cobblestone street below. Rainfall shower was great. Very clean. We'll definitely return.

Lovely old hotel with ‘old style’ features like the brick walls. Staff on reception and the concierge were very helpful and welcoming. Good location.

This was my family's first visit to Quebec City. Everything about the Auberge St. Pierre was amazing! It was classically beautiful and we loved the location! Our hotel room was wonderful and the view from the 4th floor was amazing! The staff were very kind, helpful, and very thoughtful. A couple of days before our visit, our elderly dog became critcally ill and we were not certain that we could make our visit. We contacted the Auberge St. Pierre to inform them of our situation and our uncertainty. Unfortunately, we lost our dog that same night, but we were then able to make our trip as planned. When we arrived in our room, there was a note card from the staff expressing their sympathy for our loss. We were so touched by their kindness! Thank you for everything!

Floors in the room or not clean. Breakfast overpriced. Would not stay again.

It is useful to know that there are steps to enter the hotel and that the entrance was not obvious. Not much container space in the bathroom.

We loved the location in lower town & the charm of the hotel.

Breakfast was lovely but a free continental breakfast at the door of our room would’ve been more appreciated. Their espresso machine was awesome. The bed linens were soft and exceptional as were the pillows. It was very quiet, and the air conditioning worked really well.
