Good stay and nice staff. Decent breakfast options. The room was clean. We tried to swim in the pool, but it was super cold.

The hotel is in a good location near a lot of restaurants and a small craft market. Rooms are of adequate size but those on the front of the building have noise from traffic and local dogs barking. Staff is very friendly and drinks/food in the restaurant are good. Coffee is available in the lobby throughout the day. The breakfast buffet is adequate but not great. The welcome drink (pisco sour) was appreciated.

Hotel Très Décevante.

The hotel is nestled on a side street in the bustling Providencia neighborhood - a lovely upscale area of Santiago. The staff are excellent and went the extra mile for us on a number of occasions. Rooms are basic but clean and there's an excellent free breakfast offered. I would definitely stay here again when in Santiago. In 2 weeks in SA we found this to be a top hotel - and it's very reasonably priced !

Very good overall. Excellent location! Toilet was old and doesn't flush well. Breakfast was very good, but not extraordinary. Room comfortable and clean.

You come in a locked gate then down a steep incline or stairs with your luggage. Very awkward. Our bathroom on the cruise ship is bigger than the hotel bathroom

I liked the location I didn't like that I had no water bottles in the room but I could fill up in the lobby

The property was in a quiet area with good restaurants in walking distance. The wifi was intermittent. It was the same issue when we were there. So it doesn't seem to be an important issue for them.

The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were extremely professional and polite. The rooms were clean, spacious enough, and had a modern look. The breakfast spread was quite nice. There was a security guard stationed out front (apparently 24 hours) but it also seemed like a safe area to me and I walked around the area even late at night with no problems. I would stay here again.

Good location. Close to Metro, shops restaurants etc. Large loud air conditioner on floor next to bed made you either hot or cold. Breakfast standard with nice pastries. No service around pool - had to go to bar for drinks and as no plastic glasses available could not drink around pool but could use courtyard area.

It was quite noisey because the room was facing the service gate which was being buzzed throughout the night. The air conditioning was dated and very loud and not easy to manage the thermostat.
