Nice views and clean hotel. Parking is 23 euros. I also was expecting bathrobes but did not have it. Selection of coffee and tea is great, the rooms are quiet. Hotel amenities are great

Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast. Fabulous for business trips, a bit removed from the tourist attractions, yet close enough with public transportation.

It was just ok, felt quite impersonal. Very noisy around

It took a while to check in as receptionist wanted to give me a twin even though I had booked a double. But the room I was eventually given was very good with everything I needed.

Lived the hotel

It was fantastic. The amenities are top notch. The service and staffs were all amazing. The location is fantastic. There are varieties of breakfast to choose. There is ample time to have the breakfast as well. One of the best hotels I have stayed in

Large rooms confortable beds great coffee in room, courtesy water, fruit, spa and quick and friendly check in and check out

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's an easy walk into the city and is convenient if you use public transportation. Also close to a shopping center. Great breakfast. Didn't use it but the gym it was impressive. If you like to run, there is a nice path along the river, best if you head upstream on the north side.

Room view was great. Jacuzzi and sauna was awesome! Breakfast varieties are the best in Vilnius so far. Highly recommended!

Everything was great leaving to visit friends house for a few days but we will return after that!

The hotel is very good but the service in the restaurant at breakfast time is really bad, the do not remove the used dishes even if you ask the staff. The tables were all empty from people but not cleaned so we could not find a table as there is no one to clean

VERY overpriced for the experience. Be prepared for lots of tour groups and chaos in the lobby - it's a busy, noisy place. Sports facility near by means loud music and announcer on loudspeaker up until 10 at night. Rooms could use a good cleaning (lots of black hairs that were not our own). Spring mattresses. Rooms a bit stuffy. For $225 a night Canadian - quite disappointing. Quite a walk to old town. You can do better than this place. Would not recommend.

Great location, chic and elegant.

Nice room, clean & quiet

Excellent customer service from the moment I arrived, throughout my stay, until the very moment I checked out. Thank you to all the staff there for their graciousness and kindness! Room was spacious, bed was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Location is awesome - right off the river - and easily walkable to Old Town Vilnius, where I had the best foods and drinks of my life.
