Love this hotel!

It was a good stay but they charged me for the mini-bar and the only thing I drinked was the complimentary waters.

A beautiful modern hotel with great views of the city and the river from the higher floors. The sky bar is well worth a visit just for the views. Room was excellent with a comfortable bed and modern bath rooms. Staff were efficient and friendly and I would recommend it .

Excellent Service, Teams at reception, bar and breakfast were all incredibly helpful and the standards are high.

House keeping did a great job. Even folded some of the clothes around the room.

I have specifically booked hotel due to spa facilities . Once we checked in , we been notified that on Sunday will be closed . No comms were provided prior booking .

Front of house staff were very helpful; room was compact; housekeeping was minimal - I thought used ware (mugs, glasses, spoons) would be replaced and stocks replenished but they were not (maybe I missed the memo); towels were worn and threaded

Great property, well maintained and high class, great location and value for your money.

All except no help with luggage whatsoever, pretty bad noise isolation in the rooms, and rather simple room amenities. Water was free, parking convenient, stuff friendly, top floor bar - great.

Clean room with good customer service. Would stay again in future.
