This hotel was great. Location is convenient and the property is well maintained with parking at a deck next door for convenience.

A very enjoyable stay. Beautiful hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Fabulous room. Food and drink very good. Highly recommended.

Great hotel

Fully cooked breakfast on offer with good options as well as a continental breakfast. Staff were very hospitable, and good restaurants in the Charters Bar. The hotel is also linked to the Kelly’s Steakhouse over the street which I would recommend.

The hotel is well equiped and the right price for the location and level of service. The bar service is lacking however - I was attending a wedding at the venue as well as staying, and the general consensus amoungst the wedding party was the bar service was slow and limited.

The staff were terrific but clearly short staffed and overworked. Not their fault—and the staff on the front desk were marvellous if you could get their attention, but it was apparent that they are short staffed. Let me begin by saying we live kids—we’ve had four and they have kids now. But this place was 24 hours of kids out of control—from the bedroom hallways to the bar and lobby…yelling, running—one twelve year old slapped the heck out if her father at the bar. Distracting, disruptive, rude—and their families did not care. So, go outside, turn left and walk into the street pubs and shops. Nice but whopping expensive for what you get (even with the exchange). The hotel as a physical structure us good—staff are great but understaffed and overworked. Hopefully you’ll be there on a night without tons if kids. And also: taxi and uber drivers were terrific!!

The hotel is well situated near the town centre and railway station. Good pub and restaurant on site. Leisure centre attached very good asset. Staff friendly Enjoyed my stay

Clean room excellent breakfast

The pool was lovely, although the plunge pool wasn't working and the water was a little bit on the cold side. We still really enjoyed it. Rooms were clean and breakfast was lovely. Definitely will return.

The late check in (4pm) means you can't get to see never mind enjoy any of the facility's

Good

Room very dark due to poor lighting. Had chicken red Thai curry in the restaurant however there was large chucks of aubergine which were quite bitter. I have never had a Thai dish with that and wasn’t expecting it. There was an odour from the floor too which wasn’t pleasant.

Room waa large and very clean. Given all the details of the hotel by the check-in guy.

Staff courteous, room clean, however someone in roim i was allocated when i checked in, TV remote didnt work byt was replaced, key didnt work on 2nd night gad to go back to reception get re cut. Food was excellent
