Staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. 2 bdrm suite was great. Spotless, and while the kitchen and bathroom look like they need updating soon, the rest had been updated, fresh, and a mix of new more modern pieces with some of the original more traditional furniture and decor. Having a living room and full kitchen to hang out in and separate rooms makes it better than any standard double Queen Bed hotel room any day. The beds were comfortable, location was great and enjoyed the recommended Shore restaurant for dinner with live music on the bar side after, and the restaurant bar with live music down the street after that! And only a 2 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again

Parking was outside in a lot. They gave me a very light piece of paper to be put on the dashboard to indicate that I was allowed to park there. The problem was when I opened the car door the wind would blow it off the dashboard. They need to use heavier paper. The view of lake Ont was great!

The hotel itself was quite nice in terms of layout and general atmosphere. The staff was absolutely great - friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit. However, the cleanliness was disappointing, as several areas felt neglected and a bit dirty

The building is old but clean. The room view was very nice, the neighborhood is great.

Be prepared for $500 deposits which will not release for a few days after stay , other than that nice place to stay

The room and bathroom are spacious—much larger than a standard hotel room. However, a few amenities need maintenance or repair. For example, the shower faucet in our room isn’t functioning properly.

The rooms very spacious and clean! We had reserved 3 rooms and all 3 were very spacious and clean! I would recommend the management to upgrade the TVS to Smart TVs and add a few USB and Type C charging ports in each room. Microwave needs to be added to the rooms as well!
