Perfect location

Première fois que nous séjournons en famille à cet hôtel. Nous avons apprécié grâce à un bel accueil, un grand lobby avec coin pour travailler, un bel aménagement pour la piscine intérieure et une chambre récemment rénovée.

Bathroom amenities can be updated. The hair dryer almost blew up in me and no liquid hand soap

I can’t recall if I have had a worst stay at a Hotel than this one. The dingy room size belongs to a cheap roadside Motel, amenities are awful, the view was blocked by some canopy. Do yourself a favour and just skip this hotel all together.

Clean, luxurious rooms, super friendly staff

Everyday had to ask in getting the room clean and staff a little rude.

One of the beds in our room wasn’t made upon check in but the staff remedied the issue. Otherwise good location just outside the wall of Old Quebec

All around great experience- friendly staff, great amenities and the room was very clean

This a large hotel with small rooms (despite booking a double queen) and minimal amenities. The restaurant does not open until 11 am so we had to get breakfast delivered each morning. Housekeeping staff were friendly but front desk staff were generally not warm and did not greet guests. At check in we did not receive the WiFi code and staff could not recommend a specific restaurant for us to get food at a late evening hour. I do not recommend this hotel as a family friendly good value for (considerable) money choice.

It's not a 4 star hotel despite the claims.

Room were not cleaned what was expected,we stayed 3 nights, and bedding’s not changed for 3 days

Did not have the breakfast included so not sure if it is worth it. Location is the highlight of this hotel. Price is quite high for what you get in terms of rooms especially during the busy season. Better off looking for a smaller boutique hotel if you can book early enough.
