Great location. Staff helpful. Our room was smaller but just fine—didn’t spend much time in it. Recommend.

Fantastic location and views. Easily walk into the old city or walk past the walls to the plains of Abraham etc. Super clean room but a little dated. Air conditioning was on/off and very loud! Staff were incredible and we liked the small touches like the 24/7 juice/ coffee / tea station in the lobby, and the complimentary umbrellas for the rainy days.

The hotel is well maintained along with the room I stayed in. The staff were friendly and amazing. The location of the hotel to upper & lower old Quebec was a positive as well.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower was great! A/C was fine. We were disappointed that there was no real dining room. There was a very basic breakfast available but without fresh fruit etc. Parking is available in a lot immediately behind the hotel accessible via a back door.

The location is excellent, easy to walk to many places. The staff were very courteous. They had convenient valet parking which was a great because of limited parking.

Great location near Old Quebec on a quiet street near the boardwalk and a small park. The rooms are small and a bit dated. But clean and helpful staff.

The Location is excellent in the heart of old Quebec City you can walk everywhere There is vallet parking only and it can be a little bit of a wait for your car also the entrance is a flight of stairs so it can be a challenge to bring in heavy luggage

Great location, truly can’t beat its proximity to sites and attractions. Decor was a bit dated and shower controls were wonky, but otherwise staff were helpful.

Our stay at Chateau Bellview was wonderful, and the standout feature was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly patient, welcoming, and understanding. We were a group of Americans from French Canadian families who wanted to practice our French, even though it was a bit rusty. The staff graciously encouraged us and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Its location is ideal—just a short walk from the iconic Château Frontenac and the Dufferin Terrace boardwalk, making it easy to explore the heart of Old Québec on foot. What made our visit especially memorable was the kindness and professionalism of the staff, combined with the hotel's excellent location and comfortable accommodations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Chateau Bellview to anyone visiting Québec City.

Didnt have the $15 continental breakfast but it looked good. Free coffee lattes etc 24 hours. Excellent location next to Chateau Frontenac.

My husband and I returned to Chateau Bellevue after 28 years. Remarkably, it remains the same. Accessible to downtown, beautiful views of the St. Lawrence river from Governor's park which is steps away across the street and the boardwalk with the Frontenac hotel on one end and access to the Plains of Abraham at the other. Coffee/tea is available in the lobby and continental breakfast is available for $15 per day. We did not partake, preferring local cafes instead. Rooms are small, cleaned daily. Our only concerns were the "full" sized bed and no small refrigerator to keep drinks etc. My husband and I are tall people so the full sized bed had our feet hanging off the end. A "queen" sized bed would have been better but more difficult to fit in smaller rooms. Overall, we love Quebec, the summer festival, hiking around town, and the respite Chateau Bellevue provided.
