The room is clean & quite. The staff are very pleasant & helpful.

A lot of men outside just standing there made me feel insecure. We were approached by an aggressive homeless men when we were trying to get in in an uber, he even tried to board the car. So stressful. Right outside the hotel. There should be more security outside, they should ask people standing what are they doing there .

Todo el personal A+ de este hotel cubrieron mis expectaciones por años en donde me hacen centir mejor que en mi casa. El hotel Fiesta Americana Glorieta Minerva Guadalajara tiene una decoración muy calida y un buffet Mexicano que se los recomiendo ya que esta delicioso!!

TV didnt work, the came to repair it, but did nothing. Hotel is very old with no renovations whatsoever. Dinner was incredibly expensive for what we received, and pillows and matrees very unconfrtable
