Not being able to charge to the room is a real pain and puts me off visiting hotels. Like the last Macdonald hotel chain I stayed at this week week the food selection was minimal but the quality was good.

Wonderful views to relax in Greeted with a great reception And staff were very hard working maybe doing more than they should.

The room was large, clean and comfortable, with a great view. The staff were lovely and helpful and the breakfast was really good. The hotel itself was nice but would benefit from a freshen up. Some of the decor needed touching up or redecoration.

Very poor. The list could be endless. One TV Channel even after phoning to get the TV fixed. No phone so had to use my own phone to call reception. No WiFi No fridge. No robes. One biscuit packet. No safe. Very tired. A poor experience. This hotel lives on its attraction to the golf course not patrons who might expect a good hotel. Dreadful.

Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. We had issue with original room but staff eventually changed twin room to one I asked for ie king bed. Bedding clean but issue with room being cleaned (bed making,clean towels etc) Parking good

Lovely view over the course from the room. Pool, steam room and sauna all excellent. Bar service very good. We only ate for breakfast and could not fault it

Hotel just outside Peebles, good location if you have a car. Parking at hotel was fine. Room felt a bit tired and needed a little attention. Good size and outlook.

Restrant food and service second too none brilliant

Immaculate and spacious room, comfy bed and pillows, great shower. Breakfast was just okay (potato scones were raw).

Oh my goodness everyone who works here is just so nice!! We had the best rime celebrating my husband's big birthday! Thank you.

Room was perfectly clean, very spacious rooms with beautiful view of the hills that you can view from your room a patio

Clean rooms excellent service polite staff

Rooms clean, staff very friendly and courteous. Only observation was lack of clarity on menu and choices.

Reception Staff Member who welcomed me at 2am, and the Daytime Reception who saw me out, were both very friendly, and accommodating to my late arrival and departure. The Leisure Facility is all excellent, and staff encountered there were friendly and eager to please. Room Service Staff also very friendly. The Hotel is truly a lovely place to stay in all respects, and i look forward to returning!

Receptionist on arrival said breakfast was available at £13 In fact that was only the case if previously booked. It cost £18 There was no give and take when I made my complaint. For this reason, I would hesitate before choosing your hotel again.
