Safe, convenient to the plaza. Food and Mercado Idalgo. Definitely my favorite place to stay.

We've stayed here 2x and both have been great, the only downfall is that there is construction next door but other than that everyone is very attentive and wonderful. The hotel itself is also nice

Third time staying here and we love it! I recommend my family and they enjoyed it too! We get the king bed room all three times however I was a little disappointed to hear from my family that the double bed rooms come with bathrooms, slippers and a mini fridge while the king bed does not. Clean room and helpful staff. Very nice!

Only issue I had was the restroom it smelled like gas but staff said it was the sewer.

Staff and how clean the rooms were, and the professionalism of the staff were excellent. Room service was beyond comparison. The only dislike was personally for me. The bed were a little stiff. But that’s the same most places

The breakfast was delicious and had a big variety of foods from Mexican to American breakfast. The staff was very attentive

The staff is very nice and professional especially the cleaning staff and the service staff.

I wish there wasn’t so much perfume in the building. But other than that, it was a wonderful room, great bathroom, comfortable bed. I might come back if I’m ever in need of lodging in the area
