Clean room, friendly staff safe

The room was spotless, and the hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. It’s conveniently located in a great area, surrounded by excellent restaurants and plenty of dining options. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend adding buffet breakfast , you will not be disappointed . Staff is amazing , and they pay attention to detail . Rooms are clean. This is by far , one of my new favorite hotels in this area . Me and the wife stay 2 nights for Valentine’s Day weekend.

The room and hotel were exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room was impeccable and the service was above and beyond. Makes me reconsider staying in Tijuana as an option. We usually race past Tijuana on the way to Rosarito or Ensenada. The en-suite hot tub was classy and didn’t feel like just a gimmick.

Clean room, quiet, easy to get to, easy check in, great gastronomy center close by.

Things that stood out: the lovely scent as you walk into the lobby and you're greated by friendly staff. There was a parking attendant who was sweet and helpful too. The room was clean, updated, and the bed was insanely comfy. This is the moat important part for me as sleep, especially after dental work, is so important. I thought the location was nice and quiet, but still close to things. I would stay here again and again.

Perfect location and views

Always clean, friendly staff, delicious food from the restaurant. Love the safe monitored parking. The lobby decor is gorgeous. I love to hang out there and do work or scroll social media. The scent they use is my favorite! So clean and fresh.

Overall my stay was good. The hotel is modern and up to date. The location is near the boarder and is easily accessible. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance. The down side is there is no lobby bar, I would have liked to have a drink and it not be in my room.The room service and food was good. Staff was accommodating with great customer service.

Great stay spiritless spotless room

Clean and modern room. Sound-proofed. Covenient location with easy walkability. Helpful staff. As I stayed several nights i would have liked a small in-room fridge without having to move to another i believe pricier room. Great breakfast in hotel restaurant. NIce servers. Felt welcomed. Bathroom and sink areas could use hooks for towels and robe. Grab-bars needed in shower for safety. Also, must rememebr to fully close door to room whenever exited or entered otherwise door to room has tendency to remian open and unlocked.
