⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Excellent stay at Kinbe Playa del Carmen! ✨ I had an excellent stay at Kinbe Playa del Carmen. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and so well maintained. Everything from the lobby to the rooms and common areas is inviting and thoughtfully designed. 🌺 The staff truly made my stay exceptional. They were all incredibly friendly, warm, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. 💗 A special thank you to MERY, ANA, VICTOR and MANOLO — you four were amazing! You went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine care made a big difference and didn’t go unnoticed. The location is perfect — just steps from the beach and a short walk to 5th Avenue, restaurants, shops and everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. 🌴 I highly recommend Kinbe Playa del Carmen and can’t wait to return! 💙

Rooms are well maintained, brand new appliance(s), clean. Receptionist were all friendly. Just some confusion, as one of them allowed us to swim on the pool with no hour restriction as long as we will be quiet, while one of them asked us to leave the pool and we were given 5 minutes, because according to him the pool closes at 8.

Ac was good there was no breakfast at the hotel but it's so close to so many good restaurants if u stand a little bit of noise at night because it's rite off 5 th ave party central it's a 10 out a 10

The place was very clean and kept up. The staff were great, so friendly and helpful. Its on a small road near shops, bars and food. Less than a block from the main walking area (5th st i believe). To me the place had an authentic Mexican vibe to it that i was looking for. Not a corporation hotel, upper end mom and pop. Very happy with it and will stay there again.

Great property and experience with staff! I was in a king room overlooking the pool. They provide earplugs to combat noise from nearby music. However, if you're in Mexico, you are likely already prepared for the noise. I did not need to use the earplugs but appreciated that they were available. The light in the bathroom is dim, if you need to do your hair, makeup, etc. you won't be doing it in the bathroom. Lastly, the remote for the AC in my room didn't have a button to turn off the light on the display. If you like your room DARK, the blackout curtains work great, but you will need an eyemask.

Great staff. Great service. Very clean. Just be aware I was on the second floor and there is no elevator. A great location. Kate at night You can hear the music from 5th avenue but the air conditioner cut out most of the sound.

Great hotel with an excellent team. The location is perfect, close to everything you need, and the staff are genuinely kind, helpful, and courteous throughout the stay. We originally booked four days but enjoyed it so much that we extended for another four. Highly recommended..

Location is superb , extremely friendly staff and very clean However, no options for lounging in hotel and pool was extremely cold. Was charged $480 pesos for water that was in the fridge. There was no sign or indication that there was a fee for water

Had a great experience at this hotel. I travelled alone and felt safe and comfortable at all times. The location of the hotel is excellent, everything you need is walking distance from Kinbe. Steps from the beach. Breakfast place, pharmacy and gellato right in front. Best tacos 3 minutes away. Yoga studio 5 minutes away. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Very accommodating and helpful, even with a late check in , would highly recommend. Wednesday morning desk agent held our bags after checking out so we could replace items from lost luggage. Very clean .
