Hotel is tucked away on a quiet street right in the middle of the tourist area of downtown Toronto. Hotel rooms were beautiful, bathroom was enormous. Beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in… But the thing that I liked the most… I think the rooms are soundproofed. It was silent. You couldn’t hear anybody in the hallways, you couldn’t hear the traffic on the street. We were on the fifth floor.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet street but close to all activities downtown. Room was spacious and modern. I was a little under the weather and they allowed me check in early. Overall a great experience and looking forward to coming back.

St. Germain at Mercer is conveniently located to theatres, clubs and restaurants. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the entire premises are well maintained and nicely designed. The rooms are clean, tidy and quiet. The breakfast room service was prompt and the food delicious. We recommend this luxury hotel. We look forward to our next visit.

Concierge was very friendly, rooms clean and modern. Lots of food options to dine in or room service. Good location, ten minutes to CN tower/stadium.

They have musicians from the local symphony play in the lounge.

Hours of lobby bar / restaurant were disappointing (closed mid-afternoon, and by 10pm). 10am end of breakfast on a weekend was not ideal. Minor maintenance issues in room (bathroom door handle broken). Overall lighting excessively dark.
