Clean hotel. Needs some upgrades and maintenance

Upon checking in they failed to tell us that their cable was down and the pool was closed. Could not watch tv the entire night/morning of our stay! Very boring! When questioned about it we didn’t even get an apology!

Excellent choice for our overnight

Our stay at the hotel was very good. Lots of parking, very friendly & helpful staff. Also having breakfast included is such a wonderful convenience. Lots of variety & very nice people staffing it. The room was very nice & clean. We didn’t use the pool this visit, but it looked very nice. We highly recommend the hotel especially if visiting Casino Rama as right across the street. We thought the price was pretty reasonable too.

The staff at the Days Inn in Orillia are fantastic. The room was dry clean. Lots of room and the fridge was a good size. The continental breakfast was good with a nice variety and excellent coffee. We will go back again and stay there quite often.

The room was basic but clean. The pool was cloudy…like milk so we didn’t swim which was disappointing. It looked like it had just been shocked. The front desk didn’t have a corkscrew and staff blamed it on a previous guest saying they didn’t return it. That’s not hospitality! The in room coffee was undrinkable (Mother Parker’s)). The free breakfast was ok…nothing special…cold boiled egg, cereal,etc but I was happy that they had gluten free bread. The breakfast staff woman was friendly and hard working. The hotel is very close to Casino Rama.

Location was excellent for our trip. My daughter's convocation was at Casino Rama and it is incredibly close. Rooms are a little dated, but very clean. Breakfast was shy on protein, but otherwise okay. Price was right!

Clean, reaonably priced and within walking distance to Rsma. We enjoyed our stay.

I found the room very clean. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable and I slept very well. I had hoped the TV would be a smart TV so I could sign into Netflix or Prime to watch a movie, but it didn't have that capability. I went down to the hotel pool for a swim. The water was much cooler than I had hoped and the water was quite cloudy. Couldn't clearly see the bottom. I wasn't sure if I should get into it because I don't think the chemicals were done properly, but my desire for a swim outweighed my concern over the chlorine. The sides of the pool needs repainting. Despite these concerns, I'd still stay in this hotel again if I'm ever in the area.
