Not clean, noisy,

The hotel and our room were a 2 star at best, it was a mission to simply find our room. We had to walk through the stairwell, down half a flight of stairs into a separate area that felt like a dungeon. We had second thoughts of even entering the room. I wish the front desk explained the location of our room, especially when we had a trolly full of luggage which we had to unload in the middle of a stairwell bc our room was on floor 2.5 and not 3! Trust me, pay the extra few bucks and stay somewhere else. Breakfast and hotel staff were nice.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff.

Le lit est très inconfortable et haut je mesure 5p3 et je devais sauter pour aller dans le lit. La salle de bain la toilette tu ne savais jamais si elle etais ou tomber ou non tellement sa bougais, la douche a ete refait (tuille) mes très mal fait et le pomeau de douche giclais de partout. La télé ne fonctionnais pas car setais encore un cable coaxiale qui etais tres vieux et qui ne fessais que gler limage sans compter que la tv etais tres colante. ... je pourais continuer mes je croie que ceci serais a regler en priorité

Price was very good and staff was very friendly. Room was definitely older and tired-looking, but then not expensive either. Breakfast was fine. They are renovating so it will likely get better over time. Parking was an issue - we had to find a spot somewhere in the neighborhood.

Stay was good, room was ok. Location in the hotel was odd, had to take elevator then down step to get to unit. Only a PITA getting luggage to and from room.

The parking situation is pretty bad. You have to pay for the parking and space in the lot is not guaranteed. If it is full (not unlikely), you are directed to another lot that is a 5 minute walk away which really sucks in the cold. There is no meat in the continental breakfast. Eggs made two ways, bagels, and croissants. It mentions that there is a "pool & spa". There is no spa. This is a lie. Also, the pool has no deep end.

The room was ok, quite outdated for a 4 star hotel, however for the price I paid I didn’t expect the actual 4 stars. Value for money

Dirty room and amenities and bad customer service

The room was meh. Didn’t appear dirty but was very basic and old decor. Bathroom has rust and dirt build up. The flooring and walls in the hallway were being updated causing the air to be very dusty. It did the trick, a place to sleep, shower, have breakfast and leave. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it for others. No bottles of water in rooms or any little extras in the bathroom (cotton swabs, shower cap). Very basic.

The room is very dirty. Bedsheets were not clean and full of dust. Complained twice but no one came to change the sheets. Worst experience ever in terms of cleanliness

The price was affordable and the staff were very friendly and helpful in both english and french. After I got home I needed a reciept to claim the cost and the ramada phone service was also exceptional. The only negative was that the complimentary breakfast was pretty simple, and some of the pastries were stale. I would definitely stay again but buy fresher pastries from the IGA around the corner!

Tout était mauvais. 1. Le check in a pris 2 heures 2. On m’a change de chambre 3 fois car l’une bruyante et l’autre sans chauffage. 3. Pas de connexion à la wifi 4. Machine à café ne fonctionne pas 5. Chasse d’eau défectueuse donc l’eau coulait continuellement dans les toilettes. On a dû fermer la valve. 6. Le petit déjeuner à la limite du mangeable avec des assiettes en polystyrène de 1er prix et des couvert en plastique 1er prix. Plus d’œufs et des viennoiseries froides et vieilles. Très mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel. Je demande un remboursement intégral. Merci.

Very good

Terrible. Staff was unwilling to offer any compensation or help really. No heat no hot water the building is filthy and run down. We were trapped inside the parking lot unable to exit due to the parking lot overrun with cars and one vehicle blocking the exit entirely. Worst experience ever
