The breakfast was terrible

Receptionist Miraellie and service staff kalyani were helpful and pleasant. Did an excellent customer service. The pool is so small and only good for the kids. May be the hotel is still being renovated. Key cards didn’t work out a couple of times. Overall a decent hotel for the budget

I booked this hotel at first because I saw the pictures online weren't bad and it was affordable. As soon as I checked in with my child, I did not like the area. There was a kind of smell in the hallway, and I could not get the wifi working. I was so frustrated after a long drive to check into this place. I booked another hotel right away so I could leave. I lost a little bit of money even though I did not even stay a night The pool did not even look like the one it was showing in the pictures. Sometimes, cheap is not always good. I checked into the hotel at 7 pm and left by 8:30 pm this was my experience, does not have to be yours.

I was afraid to walk the floor with my bare feet. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work so I was forced to blow dry my hair out in the room with the outlet very low on the floor and the cord didn’t quite reach my hair standing up The outlet by the bed also didn’t work and I had to charge my phone on the floor, too!

The toilet took so much time to fill and make a lot of noise. The parking lot was ok. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking, and I had to pay for an upgrade as my husband is disabled and the room they 1st gave us had stairs

Pour un séjour de 24hrs avec mon enfant la pire expérience…Système de chauffage très difficile à comprendre. Délais pour l’attente pour venir vérifier le chauffage a été extrêmement long. J’ai du attendre 2heure avant qu’il vienne dans la chambre. Frigidaires qui refroidit pas j’ai perdu ma nourriture… une colonie fourmis sur le sol…. Aucune comparaison n’a été offert

In the middle of renovations I guess that is why I got a great price the restaurant that was open the last time I stayed here is now closed

I found the staff to be very helpful and they seemed to like their jobs. There has been a major effort to renovate and there are some little things to improve. Bath stopper, standard pillows....all in all, hotel gave good value. I was there for ten days but did not use the swimming pool or the work out area. Breakfasts were fine.

My room was clean. And the staff helped me at the breakfast. It was a nice stay.
