Too bad it’s out of season so I was the only one at the hotel perhaps?

The hotel is old, the facilities haven’t been maintained since the last 20 years, the staff is exhausted, made of extras, and have no means to provide a professional service for the customers.

No wifi in the bedroom. No room service. Not allowed to bring food into the hotel even though there’s no room service. No changing table anywhere for a baby. Juice machines at breakfast broken. Rude staff. Not able to put drinks from the bar onto your room.

The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros a night I do expect more!

Friendly staff, no AC and the room could be up-dated

Very friendly staff and a room that was clean, and perfect for my requirements - very quiet.

Good location (10min by car to Deauville) at an affordable price. Breakfast was good but the mattress and the pillows could be more comfortable.

We were very happy with our room and the staff was,very nice and welcoming. I think that rhe hotel is a bit too relaxed about rules...Some children were very noisy using speakers and listening loudly to music around the pool and the management did not ask them to stop besides many complaints from guests. There is no supervision around the pool and some families were even bringing their own pic nic eating in a big group of 20 and leaving a,mess around the pool.. One could not rest around the pool as it was very noisy. There was no sunloungers left as families were taking them early mornings leaving their towels all day even without staying around the pool. It s a,shame as the staff was very nice and the hotel has a lot of potential as it s not too expensive and close to the city centre. I would definetely go back there as it s ideal for a family break with young children or teenagers.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Good parking.

This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. The only problem that I had was that since it is in the country side, by 9:00pm most of the restaurants were closed. But the hotel itself is very good and clean and nice to stay at.

room was a bit tired. Some basic maintenance not checked, no shower gel dispenser., tube laying on bath, No cups or milk to go with kettle

The hotel room was pretty shabby. Not good value for money. However, the dinner we had was good.

THE HOTEL LOCATED FEW MILES FROM CITY CENTER (LESS THEN 5 MIN DRIVE) THE ROOM IS VERY NICE .THE HOTEL STUFF WHERE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY . A HUGE GARDEN AT THE HOTEL. BREAK FAST O.K NOT MORE . COFFEE MACHINEIN THE ROOM CAN BE HELPFULL

Dirty hotel. Staff disorganized.

Très bel hôtel. Nous avons avons passé un excellent séjour. Durant la canicule nous avons beaucoup apprécié les piscines ainsi que la climatisation dans la chambre. Nous avons cependant trouvé qu'il manquait un peu de personnel à la réception et pour faire les chambres. Notre chambre n'était pas prête à 17h comme promis. Il est vraiment dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu de climatisation dans la salle du restaurant.

Tout était bien, sauf le petit déjeuner à fuir atroce pour 17 €, je trouve que c’est cher payé

Petit déjeuner très sobre des toiles d araignée dans la chambre et l évier de la salle de bain bouché IMPORTANT On a des bracelets pour accéder à la piscine mais personne de l hôtel vérifie !!!!!! Ce qui fait qu il y à beaucoup de personnes extérieures qui viennent envahir les transats Vous pourriez faire une petite ronde pour voir ça de temps en temps Merci
