Was okay but place was stinky

It has good proximity to the airport and during normal hours shuttle is included. However the rooms are not in a good shape for its price. There are grime and grout in the washroom and dust collection in certain areas. I thought that at least its clean for the most part but to my horror is when I saw a purple gel nail under the sheet in one of the beds early in the morning. We checked in after 12 MN, tired from a long flight so I did not see it until I woke up close to check out time. Its disgusting to think someone slept there and the sheets were not changed.

Honestly hands down nicest shower I’ve ever had at a hotel. And water pressure to boot! It was well worth the stay!

I was content with the services received and the room. Ty.

It was a good weekend. Only thing we didnt like was no access on elevators if ypu didn't belong to that floor.

Good stay

It was nice and quiet. The kids pool was very cute and small so great for the littles. There was lots of security so no one could get up where they werent supposed to be.

My kids liked the dino water park. The room was spacious the clean. The only down side is the room has a strange smell initially when we came into it. but cannot feel it afer a few minutes.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities and attentive staff. Easy and fast shuttle service to the airport, the water park is very nice, and the bar/restaurant has decent hours. It is in a safe area I walked around by myself at night a few times.

Super friendly staff at front desk. Check in went well. Hotel looks brand new. Room looks new and modern also. Only complaint is there was hair kind of allover the bathroom like it was “cleaned” very quickly

The hotel was nice, clean, and had security. The only problem was the serious lack of luggage carts. For a hotel that size, they should have an adequate amount. Any time of the day or night, no luggage cart was to be found.

I like the location. It’s very convienent Maall is close by.

Rough neighborhood, unexpected charge for playpen that was dirty and damaged

There was a wedding, which I understand it's a convention centre, but when we went to the restuarant, it was very loud. Food was mediocre there. The pool area was very busy. Good for kids, not meant for adults.

The room was so uniquely designed...comfy bed...easy access to elevator...friendly service. Loved the restaurant and meals were delicious.
