All three rooms offered had a very heavy stench from cigarettes and marijuana smoking inside the room. This is a non smoking hotel. Finally the third room offered had a lot of bugs crawling around both inside the room and an infestation on the patio outside. To top things off, the hotel is very worn down, paint missing, wear marks on all surfaces and does not feel clean. I was promised a full refund after some arguing.

This is not a family friendly hotel a lot of people coming in and out total hook up place. very run down! rooms have broken appliances and no microwave in rooms. No coffee or watered offered in lobby. No elevator rooms are all in second floor definatly not handicap friendly. Concerned about the area . Will not be staying or recommending hotel/ motel

Last minute booking. While checking in the employee made me feel uncomfortable. I went to the room to get settled. Nice view of the pool. Before leaving the room I checked around to make sure I didn't leave anything and to look for my earring backing. While doing so I noticed dried up blood stains all over the floor and someone’s clothing behind the nightstand. We checked out immediately.

This is the place to go for a quick fix, if you don't have the funds to get something adequate. I left right after finding my room because within 5 minutes I heard loud sex noises and people who seemed to abe bout to do the same. The police was arresting someone just in front of the property.

The gentleman who checked me in was professional and polite and did not charge me any other fees for staying at the Valley Inn.

Check in was ok. The room was a decent size. Wall paint chipping off and patch work not painted. Bathroom dirty in the cracks and the A/c did not work. I complained about the AC. The desk guy came and said it will take time to cool. 1 hr later, still 81 degrees in the room. They eventually moved me to another room. Thank good. That room was a little better. It had wall paper but the bathroom paint was chipping and patch work not painted over. But cleaner then the other room. On line it shows the property nice and green. No, Just near the pool is green. The rest is dirt, no landscaping. The ice machine is outside the building on ground level. I was on 2nd floor. I had no hangers in room. I did order room service. It said 45-60 min. 90 minutes later, I got my food cold. AND the guy that brought it actually asked for a tip!!! I was going to give it anyway. But the fact that he asked. OMG. After all this. The manager NEVER offered any type of accommodation for my many inconveniences. He only said sorry and moved on. I will never come back here again. And I will not recommend it.

The area was nice, lots of locations very close by. The free parking is always a plus, however the room we stayed in had a horrible smell. That of a bowel movement. The bed was so hard we had back problems every morning here. The pool was dirty… the sheets were stained, there was previous hair clips left behind from the previous guest. I don’t think we would come back here.
