Clean and comfortable! Well kept outdoor pool, security patrolling regularly, updated tv with a variety of channels and excellent hot breakfast! Will return.

This was my second time staying at the Best Western Plus Burnaby. It’s located in a highly walkable area near a couple of Korean grocery stores and plenty of restaurants (including KFC, hot pot spots, and boba shops). The staff members were friendly, as usual. Breakfast was served in a different dining room this time, though it offered fewer varieties than before. The facilities were decent.

Decent stay. Only complaint was no hot water for shower. Would stay there again.

This was in a perfect location for my business in Burnaby.

The bathroom did not have showet gel or shampoo, and it was never replaced during cleaning. It's overall ok, clean but poor services. Also very noisy, walls are paper thin. Wouldn’t stay here again due to poor service and noise.

Welcome was lovey. Sleep was good apart from neighbour disturbances one night. Likes the USB charging points in the room. Breakfast was basic but at least it was included.

Did not know it was motel style when booking but was clean and great breakfast.

Room is clean. Staffs are nice. Reasonable free breakfast. Plenty of parking spots.

nice and central, great for a work trip

I booked for a hotel but, This facility is a two story motels not hotel, I arrived before 12 noon, she did not let me check in tile 1400. Same breakfast every day.

The room was nice and it was quiet. The soap and shampoos dispensers were empty and the floors were not vacuumed.

Clean, convenient for what we were doing. Comfortable beds and pillows. Not loud even though a ton of kids there. Easy checkout. Lots of restaurants and stores around the hotel.

The breakfast was good. And A/c not working they are changing room no problem and bring our luggage to the new room. Very good, very friendly. Thank you.

The experience was truly remarkable. The pristine cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was simply amazing, making me feel right at home.
