Breakfast was good, staff helpful

Breakfast was great, staff were kind, located minutes from the transit station and metro mall. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Breakfast was good. Newly renovated room much better than the old dated room last time. A bit pricey for location. Staff lovely

The front desk clerk was great, very accommodating and helpful. He answered all my questions. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a bonus and good value. The location was very convenient to out event. Free parking is also a bonus.

Best breakfast, both in terms of the choices/options and how logically it was laid out, with a huge dining room so it never felt over-crowded.

Convenient location to our destination and lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

Room is clean but you paid 250 plus per night but the hotel does not even give one bottle of free water! Lucky that the front desk agent who assisted me was generous and she gave me two bottled water for free on my first night because i was so thirsty from 11 hour flight. But inside the room there is no complimentary water at least a bottle or 2. Very stingy.

The room at the hotel was ~ an 8. This is a hotel that looks more like a motel. Rooms are access from outside. The hallways and sidewalks were not as clean as the rest of the hotel. I understand the business of the hotel but after driving for >12hrs I did not appreciate being told that even though they had available rooms I had to pay $20 to get my room for early check in (2 hours). At the end it was my decision. I am positive they would not give me $20 back if I check out 2 hours early. I will certainly avoid staying at this hotel next time.

Stayed here for business. For a 3-star hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. Great amenities including free breakfast buffet. Very quiet considering the location. Easy access to restaurants and meeting places. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great, very nice pool, the breakfast was amazing. There was however a couple of bugs in the room but other then that great!

Check in was nice and smoothe. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean. My children enjoyed the pool. Great location. We will definitely come back & stay again.

I enjoyed the room - just the right size and clean with all I needed. The breakfasts and staff were awesome.

Rooms are very clean and bed was comfortable. No issues on stay.

We booked this hotel due to proximity of the baseball diamonds. The location was great but the motel was poorly maintained (bathroom door didn’t close, no hand soap provided in our room, etc). There was also a very loud group of hockey parents and young players that loitered on the balcony and in the parking lot outside our room and staff did nothing to keep the noise down. We will not stay here again.
