Staff were friendly. Breakfast I don't know about as they stopped service at 9 am on a Sunday morning.

The setting in the room, also the room was already ready and cold. We love it

Our room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot has way too many pot holes making it challenging to drive through.

Location was good. Breakfast was also nice.

We stayed there on 2 occasions week apart, the floor is so unbelievably dirty, I have a baby crawling around, we called ahead and politely asked that they wash the floor of thevroom we'll be staying in. It never happend, I eventually asked for a broom at the front desk just to clean the dust of the floor because it hasn't been done. Our fridge wasn't working either, on the first leg of the trip. Will never recommend someone else to stay there.

Large suite bigger than a 1 Birmingham apartment. Not modern but clean, good shower. Front desk helpful, breakfast ordinary but hot, everything working.

Exterior might be a little deceiving, but inside is in excellent condition. Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice and close to most amenities.

I find the property and hotel is in major needs of an update. Carpets are very worn Staff is wonderful. Breakfast is marginal
