I find the property and hotel is in major needs of an update. Carpets are very worn Staff is wonderful. Breakfast is marginal

Did not feel comfortable in evening in parking lot with homeless about. The breakfast had good variety and staff were very personable. We have issues with homeless in our city also so are aware of problems that arise. Is it a choice or circumstance problem?

They had security walking propert throughout the night so we knew our vehicle was going to be ok. Located in a place that was easy to travel to where we had to go. The workout room was nice and breakfast was great.

I asked if they had a corporate rate. They advised that they did have a corporate rate. They asked when I needed a room for, and I advised that it was for that night. Then they told me they had no rooms available. This was not at all true. I told the front desk agent that I saw availability online, but he insisted that there was none. I booked a room online, while I was on the phone with him. They just didn't want to give me the discounted rate, as it was very busy, and like most hotels, they jack the rates up when it's busy. Very shady practices.

Clean room, standard breakfast, good staffs nobody in cranky mood, comfortable bed.

Room was very cold when we arrived. Door to the outside parking had a cold draft coming in and made floors very cold. Had to ask for extra blankets and they also offered a space heater which was helpful.

The room was clean and fresh smelling. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was convenient. The bed linens were lovely. Parking lot was a bit crowded, but the snow pile was taking up some extra spots.

Parking was easy, breakfast was good, coffee needs to be stronger! Room was nice! Only complaint is the bed was springy and firm so my sleep was not the greatest. Very affordable hotel with lovely staff!
