The hotel staff initially charged the room again upon check in even though I had explained that I had paid via Traveloka. But due to language barriers, they still charged me, and I then reported the app. 10 minutes later when I arrived at the room, the staff called and admitted that there was an error where I should have only been charged city tax. So the initial transaction with my credit card was canceled, and swiped again only for city tax. The room was not big, the bathroom was small. But with the cheap price near the subway, it was understandable. The room was quite quiet if the windows were tightly closed.
