Staff was not friendly. Make sure to pack extra blankets, if you want to use the pool and have sensitive skin, just don’t. Rooms smelt awful (life wet soggy dog) and needed to get our own air fresheners

Out dated, and the hallways were extremely hot and humid. The hotel stay was good, all things considered.

The room was somewhat dated but clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was fine with different options.

Overall, it was an okay stay. The staff were pleasant enough, but the hotel wasn’t the cleanest and could use a bit more attention to housekeeping. It served its purpose, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The hotel is fine, our room was smelly….i don’t know if it was musty or old smoke but was kinda gross. Everything else was alright.

Stayed in Double Queen suite. Was spacious and clean. Had a separate sitting room with couch. Pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was full breakfast with options for everyone including strawberries in syrup for pancakes.

Breakfast menu was very good with more options for family with kids.

Accommodating nice staff. Decent rooms. Nice pool and hot tub. Poolside rooms nice. Breakfast was ok, no tables left and no cutlery. Tv didn’t work. Otherwise decent stay. Would stay again.

The suite with 2 bedrooms was perfect for us, no view but that's fine because the bed was comfy. The breakfast was disappointing.

We had issues with our keycards not letting us in to the room after check- in, had to go to the desk a couple times to figure it out. The lady working was so kind and apologetic for having to make me walk around the building twice to get to the front desk and inquire that she upgraded our room. The hotel was wonderful with the exception of the floors on both the first and second story. The hotel floors are not one continuous level. There are steps, four steps down to be exact, that prohibit hotel guests from using the luggage trollies to take luggage to their rooms.

We switched to our 3 rd room only because we prepaid thru Expedia and could not get a refund. Our first room lost hydro so they moved us to a second room and we found a carpet beetle on the bed. They said we could go elsewhere but they could not give us a refund and it was after 8 at night so we were upgraded to a suite. In all 3 rooms the beds were indented on both sides of the beds they need new mattresses I bet in all the rooms. We have stayed here before years ago with no problems but it appears this place is overdue for an update. No I do not recommend this place at all.

Hotel making improvements, stayed in a wing where we were the only ones. Be aware due to improvements, hotel is in flux.
