Young Lady at the front desk went over the top to accommodate myself and family. Great vibes, Hotel was great, clean, and walking distance from the beach. Definitely going to be my go to hotel when visiting santa cruz.

Clean rooms very fast booking no issues our room was ready in minutes. Would stay again. Parking is a little crazy tho

The area in which the property was was close to all places I needed to be. It was safe, it was nice and most of all the staff was friendly.

Bedding was stained. When we complained the desk clerk did what he could to help but it still was disappointing in a hotel at this price.

It was a great hotel. Ckose to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Hotel was clean, comfortable bed. Just to nit-pick, the tv had to set up everytime it was turned on and took 15 minutes or so to be ready to watch. It was inconvenient if I just wantes to check the weather or just to start watching a show. Parking was tight in the parking garage.

Cassie is a great front staff person. Super helpful and knowledgeable about the property and the community. Would definitely recommend this property because of her. Also the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Bathrooms need updating, reception area very muggy, overall room was a good size, found hair on the beds, sheets and blankets had stains on them that probably should have been thrown away. Good location. Not too far from boardwalk, food, and gas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was average and got the job done.

I searched for accommodations quite a bit before I found a hotel that would allow a dog. This was the place! This hotel was recently remodeled and the rooms were great, and very very clean. They had an awesome hot breakfast with eggs, and different meats, waffles, muffins, oatmeal, etc. I highly recommend this hotel!

Parking was challenging

Stayed when Cal Fire personnel were staying there which means most of the limited garage parking was reserved. I had to park in the busy street all the time. Didn’t have liquid soap in the shower so had to use shampoo. The carpet stairs from the main floor to the second floor was filthy.

Very clean

It was a good stay however when we checked in at night the parking lot was full. Luckily the security person working was trying to help find a spot where we can leave our car. If it would have been fit the security guard we would have had to find parking in the street. The continental breakfast was okay.

We had a very bad experience. There was no parking, we had to park on street and had to remove it by 6 am from there! I expect the hotel should have parking of itself or at the least a lot nearby. There was nothing. The staff itself didn't have any parking. The do provide breakfast but 6:30-8:30 am. If I'm on a vacation, why would I want to be up so early for bf?

Communication could improve. We arrived and requested for a crib. They said they would deliver it to our room. Few hours later (past baby's bedtime) we called to check status and they told us no crib is available. I totally understand that the crib was not available but I think guests would appreciate the update. Overall stay was nice. Good breakfast, clean, good size room and well maintained hotel.
