Beautiful historic building in the heart of Bordeaux. We had been traveling for 24 hours and were exhausted when we arrived. The lovely young lady at check-in upgraded our room! The room was spotless and the bed so comfortable. We just stayed overnight before our river cruise and will be staying again at the end of the cruise. We look forward to another stay. I highly recommend this property.

The room was amazing, clean and generous in size. The staff was more than helpful and always greeted us with a smile! Easy access/walkable to the city’s popular attractions.

Cute little hotel with a great location AC could have worked better but this is France. Decent breakfast buffet. Excellent cocktail bar at night with very creative craft cocktails.

Our stay was cut short due to a medical emergency with my husband but the staff were amazing and helped look after my needs. It’s a shame we didn’t get to enjoy the full facilities but would highly recommend. It’s a lovely hotel in the centre of Bordeaux

Location, location, location. Easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. Quiet, clean rooms. Awesome staff!! I had a great experience here last summer, returned this July and have already booked again for August! Really appreciate the extensive breakfast variety. Really appreciate the private bar/lounge to meet friends before and after a night out.

Pleasant staff, good breakfast, convenient location.

The outside of the building and the downstairs public areas are beautiful and the hotel's location is excellent.The 'Comfort Rooms' are very small and dark and have no view other than the windows of other rooms. Air con was good but a small fridge would have been nice to store water etc.

The hotel is so dirty, there were ants all over my room. The room is super small. Not clean. The glasses in the shower room was smelly Same as at the breakfast Very dirty

The staff was very helpful.the location was great. The building is nice but being an older hotel the rooms are a bit small.
