Good hotel for tbe price, simple cooked breakfast included

It’s just excellent. All amenities are nearby and accessible easily.

The breakfast was basic and it was very hard to find parking at 10pm

Our room wasn’t made up when we arrived. No towels, no pillow cases. Only 1 staff on duty so it took some time to get them. The next morning another random person had a key that opened our door. Wasn’t an ideal stay.

Even though we didn’t show up until 5:00. Our room still wasn’t ready. It was a family room and we were travelling with children. The breakfast was quite weak, and the pool was murky and run down. The family room is located right by the ice maker and the elevator so it is really noisy.

The staff were so friendly! The breakfast actually had real eggs (not powdered) the pool is small but great!! Traveled with my youngest daughter it was awesome!

Alisha at the front desk was excellent. Breakfast was ok but for a freebie it was good enough. Would stay again.

Extreme charge for security deposit for a room, I was charged 300$ for a security deposit which I was not expecting, the room was not very clean at all, will never stay here again, front desk was ignorant

That’s the least amount of items in any breakfast buffet I have ever been. I was really thinking that Tim’s breakfast would be better than this and I could just book a room without breakfast in a lesser price. The roof of the swimming pool was leaking! There were shampoo, lotion etc which were okay but there was no brushing kit which is very basic.

Beds were a bit hard for me and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was not many options. It was clean and quiet though and had TV we could log into our own Netflix on.

Unexpected larger room deposit. Not enough parking. The pool was very small and shallow.

When asked why there was an increase in the room rate from the previous month that I had stay. The reply was ‘ I’m new here’ and then proceeded with my check in. No explanation. The room was near the hallway exit/entry. Door slams shut every time someone uses it. The room was extremely hot. A/C does not work. Had to open window to cool room off.

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was in a nice dining area with hot and fresh food choices.

The rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again!
