Friendly and helpful staff!

The staff at check-in and check-out were very easy to communicate with. The breakfast staff were very pleasant. The room was clean and suited our purposes perfectly.

Very disappointed that we were not informed the restaurant had closed after we booked but in the month prior to our arrival. It was an important factor in our choice of hotel, and we would not have stayed there otherwise. The pool area was also extremely chaotic, as there was 7-8 children throwing a football from end to end, and hit us, and our small children multiple times. The parents were not present and although we asked the staff to ask others to settle down, no one came. Breakfast was ok. Enough for the kids to eat. Only item that was fresh was the apples and oranges, everything else was very processed foods. Would have rather paid for a freshly made breakfast.

Hotel is old and it was very noisy with street noise and people in halls, pet fees are a lot for 2 dogs. One bonus was a EV charging station that is new.

Only one person at the desk. Long wait to check in and then not very helpful. Spoke to me in a firm demanding tone. At checkout another long wait to check only one person at the desk.

Stayed in queen with kitchenette room. Perfect for long stays. Room was spotless! Hotel has gone through renovations. Excellent value, Room was quiet despite being on a very busy area of the city. Breakfast was good! Varied.

Need to ensure the cooling system works better

Terrible time checking in. Room was prepaid but for the damage deposit they would not accept our credit card without a pin. The credit card provided does not have a pin. They did not accept debit, the only choice was to go to their ATM and take out $500 cash for the damage deposit. They ended up allowing a credit card via email which they only asked for the number and expiry date, the exact same thing we tried to give at check in! Check in lasted almost an hour. When we tried to get into our room, the door would not open. 4 attempts later, including with staff, there was no getting into that room. A different room was then offered. Breakfast was being cleaned up at 9:20am even though it said 9:30am it would be served until, so we cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not end up having any.

Stayed one night everything was good.

Parking was easy, but the ad said there was a restaurant which is why we chise that hotel. The restaurant, however, is permanently closed do we had to take a cab as my husband had just had an eye procedure and couldnt drive after dark.

breakfast should be available until 1030am. Breakfast ends at 930am. No aircon. Bed is not soft

No A/C for entire stay. 27°C and above in the room. 2 of 6 lightbulbs working in the bathroom. Restaurant advertised. Apon arrival, Restaurant " permanently closed".

Pool was very small but hotel was nice and decent breakfast
