Very disappointed. Extremely dirty and unsanitary. Rude staff. Almost didn’t stay. Had my baby with me and was afraid of bed bugs. Hair everywhere. Stains on sheets. Red stains in bathroom. Awful smell in room. The whole building is run down and not well maintained. Way too expensive for what it was. Will never stay there again.

Clean room and nice parking .

Nice place to stay, but nothing special.

Great breakfast. Hotel is older but met all of our needs.

Room was clean upon check-in. However, housekeeping needs improvement - staff gives priority to new arrivals over the needs of current occupants. Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was good.

This hotel needs some upgrades. There was no hot water during our stay. The air quality seemed poor, and smells. The hallway carpets look original. Great breakfast room, great space for a large group. Pool too small to enjoy. Needs more staff. Location was decent. Overall not impressed and paid way too much.

Hostile staff, dirty rooms, smelly hallways. I came to match their address at the BBB and they are not even listed. Avoid at all cost.

Gross room

When we arrived at 10 pm we were so tired. There was no one at the desk. We tried calling the listed number, no answer. We waited for 30 minutes before a woman walked in to help us. Then the elevator wasn’t working so we had to drag our luggage up 3 flights.

Toilets very small, and close to the ground, no bath rubberized mat for the bathtub. Uncomfortable beds. Staff, very friendly and helpful. And a nice breakfast.

I booked thru Expedia> the front desk agents were friendly and helpful. Especially since a large group came in just as I was checking in. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean but we could see some items needed repairs. Overall it was an okay stay. The pool is cute and clean.

The Balcony needed a cleaning, however the positive side a nice roomy furniture balcony I will defiantly come back to this hotel also the Breakfast was very good, well prepared and a great selection of bread, scrambled eggs, sausages. etc. having and good taste.

Good to stay for a night.
