We had an amazing stay! Very clean and cosy room!

Our room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. There were two large windows with a nice view of the street front. The whole hotel, that we could see, looked freshly remodeled. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet. The location was great with three tram lines nearby as well as the Gent-Sint-Pieters train station. Plenty of restaurants nearby, all though many are closed on Sunday- Monday. 20-25 minute walk or a short train ride to the historic city center.

Coffee cups were very small and not a lot of milk left for a room for three people. They also said we had taken soda water and tried to charge us which we didn’t.

We were most happy with the accommodation, close to the train station and many choices for restaurants close by. A bit of a walk to the historic district, but it was only 20 minutes. There were choices for local bus transportation if you chose. The room was spacious and clean, the service was timely and prompt. We extended our stay twice for two extra days. We would make this our preferred accommodation on return.

Great location near the station. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Glad we booked the room with the terrace as we enjoyed sitting outside and watching the world go by below.

I do not drink but it appeared to be well stocked. I did not partake of the breakfast but appeared to be well spread. The hotel was clean and it was very convenient to shops, and restaurants and the train station for walking. I would stay again.

Great location, very close to the Sint-Pieters train station. Room was very comfortable and spatious. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, best croissants I had during my whole trip, including France. Really enjoyed my stay, would book again!
