The hotel in general was nice, clean and well maintained, however our room was below satisfaction, very small, the bathroom was very small and dated, difficult to use the shower as it was so small. The room felt very run down, cracked tiles and stained walls, aircon was poor. The terrace was enclosed with the walls of other terraces so no view. This area was also very run down, nothing like the photos listed. The rest of the hotel was pleasant though and staff very helpful. You need to wear a swim cap in the pool so these had to be purchased. Unfortunately wouldn’t return here because of the room condition. It’s a good base to explore Ischia if you don’t mind the room conditions, as it’s a good location.

I reserved 3 rooms. They did accommodate my request for ground level for one. However the a/c in the other 2 rooms did not work. It was not fixed during our stay resulting in the time in the rooms very uncomfortable. The pool area and breakfast was nice. Location was good

The property has a pool which was relaxing . The area is centrally located coming from the port. The area can be a bit noisy.

Sicuramente, la cortesia e gentilezza dello staff merita una menzione. In particolare, il signor Gianni è di un'educazione e disponibilità di altri tempi. E' un peccato che la proprietà non effettui dei lavori di ammodernamento perchè la posizione della struttura è centrale rispetto al passeggio di Via Roma e ha delle potenzialità. Infatti, l'hotel è vecchiotto, sembra rimasto agli anni 90 con ancora tende, arredamento vecchio stile, mattonelle rotte, moquette e doccia usurata. Peccato che non diano gratuitamenti i teli mare e piscina, me lo sarei aspettato da un 4 stelle.

It was FINE. We did have minor issues with the maids, but overall it was a great value and a great location.

The staff was not helpful, the facility had potiential but it was old and minimal. There was a nice spa and treatment were excellent! Rooms were simple and morning breakfast was good. Watch your bill as they added extra charges, we never went to bar but there were charges. Great location block to main shopping street 3 blocks from beach. I would not stay there again, but we had a nice trip. There are many hotels to stay at in this area.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing!! We really loved it! Everything was great.... location, service (all stuff was very helpful), attitude! Our room was big and tidy! The food was really tasting! I’m really pleasantly impressed! So far this hotel is the best one I have ever stayed, even if I wanted to find any defects ..... there are non! I will definitely recommend this hotel! Great job to the staff!!!!

Hotel o.k. lovely room and very clean. Tea and coffee facilities available on request. Nice pool area. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment. Very close to shops, restaurants and beach. Only negative was possibly reception staff, could have been more friendly and informative. A lick of paint on corridors would be beneficial.

Terrible breakfast! Coffee machine supplies the worst hot drinks ever.Some guests were offered fresh espresso from the kitchen but not me or my friend and we stayed four nights.Food quality below average. Would recommend having breakfast locally.

The hotel is close to all the shops ,bus stops and within walking distance from the port. The swimming pool is brilliant ,an oasis of a place. The staff were always polite and very helpful. The breakfasts were superb. Totally recommend the hotel

I love staying at the Regina Palace. It is close to the main part of town. I hate to say anything negative but they had a problem with algae in the pool. They need to get that cleaned up. Otherwise it's a great place

Booked it with little or no research on a whim while travelling in Italy - was pleasantly surprise. Situated in a great location right by the beach and the main street wherever everyone seems to congrogate, I thought it was a great spot!

This area is perfect for a weekend visit and very affordable for three in the room. The bed is a bit hard - typical of Italian hotels though. The pool was lovely. The spa however had odd hours so we never got to see it. We had our car with us and the parking was off site and a bit challenging to find in the dark. The staff was very helpful and kinds and spoke perfect English.

A terrific choice in all respects. Great breakfast buffet. Wonderful swimming pool. Extensive health spa facilities. Centrally. Located near bus service. Short walk to beach and walking street. Free WiFi. Highly recommended.

Prima hotel

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Hjälpte oss att ringa hyrbilsföretaget, gav tips om bra restauranger och utflyktstips. Bra standard på rummet men badrummet skulle behöva en uppfräschning. Men negativt att vi måste betala för handduk den dagen vi hade checkat ut och hade sen avgång och ingen tvål fanns att tillgå!

Vi hade några underbara och varma dagar på Ischia och Hotel Regina Palace Terme, som ligger bra till med gångavstånd till sevärdheter shoppinggatan och transport med buss till andra delar av ön. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam även om de vid poolens bar inte var så duktiga på engelska. Vi åkte i juli där det inte var så mycket folk på hotellet och det var lätt att hitta bord vid frukosten och plats vid poolen.

Séjour touristique très bon hôtel je recommande Seul point à améliorer est de donner un coup de jeune à la salle de bain J’ai apprécié la qualité et le professionnalisme de l’accueil et plus particulièrement Daniela
