Mostly good. Fine for the price.

They tell you no smoking no vapes if caught $250.00. Charges no problem for me. I had several bags and they say we don’t have an elevator. Really? Get to my room and you got a big whiff of smoke. They tried to say they couldn’t move me. I let them know they would because I was not sleeping in a room that smelt like a cigarette. Finally moved me and that room was dingy and had I not driven all day I would have left. Do not recommend

Hotel was clean. Manager was very nice and friendly. He came quickly when we could not get our tv working and resolved the issue. Bottom mattress had popcorn on it at the head of the bed. (Manager did inform me that they were short-staffed before check in. There was no elevator, but hotel was only 2 stories. Overall, this was a nice place to stay, good price and good location!

Pretty average stay. Had the basic amenities we needed. Was clean and modern. No elevator so if you need handicap accessible make sure you note that in your reservation. Key card needed reset twice on a two day stay, but other than that it was good.

This Best Western is an older property. The check-in process was easy and staff friendly. The room had a strong odor but seemed clean, but bathroom felt dingy. We found out the toilet was leaking from the base on our last day. The front desk staff was apologetic, but we were checking out and did not see if it was fixed.

No elevator

Front desk staff person was grouchy and short with us when we checked in. None of the outlets would hold our phone or watch chargers, or our laptop chargers so it was very inconvenient, annoying and frustrating. My mom’s room smoke detector battery was beeping when we got back. Called the front desk and he could not change it so they just disabled it. Next morning the hallway smelled like pot and it got worse as the morning went on. They did not refill the breakfast items even though there was about 1 hour left for breakfast. We will not stay there again which is sad because it was clean and nice and in a convenient area for us to visit family and shop.
