Well maintained property with a very friendly staff.

Room had damage. Friendly staff. Had to ask for things.

This property is very reasonably priced and perfect proximity to our son's place.

I did like the room, however, there was a bad smell in the room. It smelled like pee.

This property needs to be renovated. There was a musty, moldy smell to the whole building, not just the room. There was food on the floor inside the doorway to the stairs and the stairway smelled like vomit. In the room, under the mattress there were still food crumbs and some crumpled up napkins from the previous guests. It was uncomfortable.

It was easy to access, check-in and check-out.

We are disappointed with this location. The room did not look like it had been cleaned well or tidied up. The toilet waa soiled. the beds' linens were wrinkled/ did not look like they'd been made properly. The outside door on the side of the building did not have a working lock and did not feel secure from uninvited guests.

Where do I begin.....There's no true security for the hotel. Anybody can come thru those doors of the lobby. The vending machines are outdated, still offering cash only for the drink and snack machine was a turn off, went back to bed hungry. No workout facility. Most hotel rooms are up to date with at least good size bath & body wash addition to the bar soap feature. There was no USB port lamps or USB feature to charge my devices with If breakfast is being offered, please cook enough for more than 2-3 people at a time. Make other options. The same eggs and that nasty ass McDonald's breakfast sausage turned my stomach inside out. Outdated juice machines. There was no updated toaster, no waffle maker, no cereal options, etc, etc. This Hotel property needs a Hotel Rescue ASAP

Had problems with my key every time I left the room my key got deactivated, my watch came up missing with no help from the staff ,we called about my watch and they hung up the phone, i will never stay there again .

It’s affordable I’m thankful for that

Indoor pool!

It appeared the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in awhile, but everything else about my stay was a blessing.

The room was nice and comfortable. The sitting area was set up nicely. All in all it was a good experience. Would stay there again.

Had 2 rooms for our stay. In one room, the bathroom door closed and guest could not get out without working the handle just right. Pubic hair on the floor, some sort of brown

The hotel was perfect for our quick trip to Edmond. The family running the hotel was friendly and made sure everyone was comfortable. It looks like they are doing repairs to the hotel and cleaning up areas that were neglected by the former owners. We did enjoy the pool with our grandkids.

Great stay overall!

My family and I drove to this hotel from Sidney Nebraska for a wedding. They were super understanding when it came in to coming in late as I have children. However the service was less than friendly and made me feel unwelcome. They offered breakfast from 6-9 but when we went out twice they were completely out of food. On the first morning only 2 out of the 6 of us were able to eat and they said the breakfast tasted weird like it was old. I’m not sure what happened or why it was this way. We were told we could use the locking side door for entrance closer to our room but the door never locked. As someone who works for a best western I had higher expectations for a best western property.
