Hotel shuttle poorly organized. Was left 2 x even with confirmed times. Waited at the airport x hr prior to just taking a taxi with other guests. Tried to confirm pick up from water taxi 4x and no response through app, ended up calling and confirming but driver arrived and said he had no room for us. Contacted hotel and they said some one would be there in the next 30 min, after already waiting for 30 elected to take a cab. Hotel was clean but shuttle was very useless and annoying.

Nice atmosphere. Comfortable room. Helpful staff. The only mildly critical comment was they were not really open to the idea of early check in. They seemed to take the position that all rooms are ready at exactly 3:00.

The staff was helpful and friendly, even when they were super busy with an event (we weren't attending the event) at the hotel.

Dirty coffee cup, no hot water in the shower, extremely noisy room, no wash cloths.

Fantastic! Clean, well maintained rooms. Service by servers in restaurants are excellent. Food was great. Buffets had great options. Shower has great pressure and hot water. Pool was very clean, a little chilly but meant to help balance the hot weather. Pool deck was beautiful - fresh towels. For our family, it met every box. Lacking a little soundproofing between rooms/hallways, but it can be expected in a place like Belize. Also, shuttle to airport which was appreciated. Would stay again in the future without a doubt!

Good hotel, but relatively expensive.

Room was dated with scratched up furniture, phone didn't work, no regulator for fan, coffee supplies were inadequate. Shuttle arrived over 40 minutes late, despite of prior day reminder. Restaurant service was terrible for dinner.

Amazing staff and Hotel! They were extremely accommodating, and made sure our stay went well. The hotel was spotless and room service was done every day, it was a wonderful stay overall. Will be going back next year for sure!

Very clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed! We stayed two nights and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was okay but I’m not big on breakfast foods but others appeared to enjoy it. Not much to do in the area but we were able to get a driver and did a quick run downtown Belize and a visit to old Belize City. Overall, it was great!

Clean, comfortable and impeccable service!

The room is very clean and nice with more than adequate space. The grounds are gorgeous, maintained beautifully, including the pool. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Everything is on site: restaurants, a bar, coffee shop, souvenir shop, snacks, a Gym and a Spa....you never have to leave the property for anything.

Clean, small, plenty of parking, good breakfast. Great, friendly staff.

The bar had karaoke until after 11pm at night and our room was literally right beside the bar with 2 young kids. Then, at 520am there was crashing and what sounded like furniture moving down the hall outside our room. The room was clean, the staff were wonderful, and the pool is nice.

The customer service is outstanding and undeniably the best I have ever experienced in hotel resort stays. Kimberly in the kitchen, Natalie in sales, all the ladies at the front desk, the shuttle drivers, security, the ladies that handle the excursions, staff that help with luggage and the list goes on. They go over and beyond their job to provide the best customer service. Thank you! ❤️🙏

Decent hotel for Belize city, food hit or miss, but went to check in around 1 and they said it would be an additional charge to get the room now. Really if it is ready then let us check in instead of nickel and diming for some extra bucks. Not a good way to build any loyalty. Won't be staying there again unless I have no choice.

Dear Hotel Management Team, I am writing to formally report a very disappointing experience during my stay at your hotel. From shuttle pickup through checkout, the level of service fell well below expectations. At check-in, the front desk staff member was preoccupied and inattentive. When I attempted to locate my rewards account and explained that my sisters were ready to go to the room while I completed check-in, the staff member simply pointed to the keys on the desk. We were not provided basic welcome information—no room number, no directions, and no explanation of hotel amenities. Once in the room, my sister took a shower shortly after 4:00 p.m. and reported that the water was cold. I attempted to shower about an hour later and experienced the same issue. I contacted the front desk, and maintenance was sent to the room. Despite checking the water, the issue was treated as if nothing were wrong, even though we clearly stated the water was not even lukewarm. Maintenance had to be contacted again, and it took several hours before the hotel finally agreed to move us to another room. The replacement room was noticeably better—it had proper hot water, a larger television, a larger refrigerator, and included body wash and shampoo, which were missing from the original room. This inconsistency raises serious concerns about room standards and quality control. Additionally, when I called to request sugar and cream for the tea provided in the room, the kitchen staff stated they
