Breakfast was good

When I checked in the front desk staff took a photocopy of not only my Credit Card but my Driver's licence. When I let the know I did not give them permission to do so, they gave me the paper and it had another person's information on the back side. The rooms are outdated but beds are comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel unless you had no other choice!

Don’t bother to enjoy the breakfast, it will ruin your day 100% guaranteed! Burned out light bulb, blood stains, so it appears on the wall in the sitting area. Tv setup with improper instructions, battery and remote cover missing. Certainly a place I will spare myself from in the future.

Clean and friendly staff

Crappy service.. Not impressed. Computers not working on check in and took almost half an hour to finally access our room. Then on check out , again systems not working. Took almost 2 hours to refund room deposit ! Not very happy with the experience

Great place at a good price

The room was clean; however, it smelled like smoke, as if someone had previously smoked in it. I was pleasantly surprised that the free breakfast wasn't the standard muffins, toast, coffee, and juice. But they also offered four different types of cereals, pancakes, eggs, sausages, and juice. The front desk person was very helpful, genuine, kind, and very nice.

Breakfast is great!

Beautiful very clean hotel, beds were comfortable, hallways clean, but it had snowed and was freezing again the parking lots was treacherous and slippery, it would have been great if someone had shoveled a path in front of all the vehicles and sanded that path.

You can tell as soon as you walk in that that is a very low traffic hotel, some of the wings aren’t even open and look like they have. Even closed for a while, my hotel room didn’t have hot water at all! Pool and hot tub looked to be out of service

Friendly staff, clean, good amenities.

Very budget friendly and affordable accommodations. Room was clean and staff was very good. The complimentary breakfast was amazing on the 3 morning I ate there. The husband and wife that took care of the breakfast where amazing. I would stay here again.

everything was good but the breakfast in the morning was not as good as it could be as the toasters took forever and the food was cool when we went to eat

No hot water, all our showers were luke warm. I found a baggie of rotten food between our bed and the night stand. Run down, pillows were terrible. Staff were nice though

The hotel was like it was abandoned. Dirty rooms. Strange place. Pool was not up to standards. Swimming lesson happen at the pool. I would not stay here again.

House keeping did an awful job in maintaining our room as we stayed there for 4 days in total. To make matters worse we had to keep asking for fresh towels and they accidentally threw away our bag full of our laundry and it’s yet to be found. We are requesting some kind of compensation for the lost clothes and no one has been reaching out to us over this matter. We will never stay there again.
