The way they treat the people at the breakfast table was terrible.

The room had a small refrigerator but there was no microwave. So to heat any food, I had to go to the main floor and use the microwave. Then, I had to bring the heated food to my room. The bed was not made everyday. It was just made on the 3rd day when the towels were also changed. They start the mornings breakfast from 6:30 am which was a bit late for me. The breakfast was same everyday with pancakes, eggs and sausage served everyday.

Facility very run down. Needs lots of upgrades. Breakfast was very poor. Our shower was broken. I will not stay there again.

This hotel seems to be dying a slow death! The lobby was very dark almost eery. The restaurant/bar was closed. A number of stairs and elevators also were closed. It appears that management is trying hard to save pennies.

Yes but not warm although we were immediately given replacement items.

The hotel is in need of repair and maintenance. It's been there for 30 years and it shows. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good. Free breakfast was mediocre. Apple juice and sausages were good. Pancakes cold and hard, same as eggs.

The room was dusty, lobby floor and business centre hadn’t been cleaned in a while, the bed was squeaky, the pool was disgusting and the staff was not friendly.

there is no restaurant or bar it smelled old honestly - i dont think its been a conference center for a while now... but the room was clean

Lots of parking as it wasn’t busy at that time. Breakfast was great, not much for options but still good! Each day was a bit different

Staff were nice. Food was ok at best. The building is in unbelievably bad shape. The price wss cheap and the room was also ok at best. Only go here if your looking for a cheap place to stay.

Rooms are ok. Bed was very soft. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was cold and not appetizing. Parking lot was well lit.

They are very accommodating

Carpets we not vacuumed in the main foyer. My toilet didn’t flush properly, wanted a shower but there was no turn on valve . Shower head was there that’s it. Couldn’t watch tv wifi was to slow.

The room was clean. The hotel was extremely dirty around the exterior and in the parking lot. Most of the locks were disabled to enter the building, leaving only one entry point which was right by two geese protecting their nest. As we did not want to disturb them we went out another door and were trapped in a stairwell. Extreme safety hazard. The TV system was confusing. The quality of the breakfast was extremely poor. One staff member began pushing their religious beliefs on our group even though we made it clear that we did not want to engage in this conversation. We let them know that we respect their beliefs and the passion they have for it but it was not for us. Still they encouraged. Very disappointed. We will not return.

It was all good

Rooms are not cleaned. They do not even clean your room, make your bed or vacuum the floors while you were there. They replaced towels and take garbage and that is the only service you get. We had no shampoo, conditioner, body wash in our room. We also had no toilet paper etc. The staff also live in the hotel so that's a little weird. The whole experience was weird and not worth staying there again.
