Everything went well, room looks better than what you will think from outside building area point of view. Love the dove products. Only issue was the water not being safe! And there is mold in the sink drain and shower head holder area in handicap room. That was a turn off. But I’ll stay here again for the price!

The motel is in need of major updates. Old carbet and an overall feeling of falling apart. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was as clean as could be expected with no updates ever being done.

It was clean enough but the room furniture was worn and old! Bathroom door was falling apart at the bottom,, example.

I was shock to have book last minute eveything was super clean and my suite had everything i needed to evwn utensils and pots to cook. Very convient and close to I-4

The advertisement said breakfast was included but when we arrived they informed us there was only coffee and tea no breakfast. No percentage of payment was offered in it’s place.

Bad

Hotel was pretty good overall. It seems to need some maintenance sprucing up. Our room had a musty smell which wasn't great, but we got used to it. There was no clock in the room which was very unusual and disappointing. The flooring in the room was slippery to us and the division between carpet and flooring and bathroom was a little abrupt. We were in room 129.

The property is located next to a busy interstate and our room was located on the side of the building closest to it. There was a lot of traffic noise. The room itself was very clean and had plenty of space including a well equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our stay was very comfortable and we would stay there again.

It was a very pleasant experience.

A/C not taking humidity out of the air properly so the entire room had a WET feeling. This was the main problem with the stay. They had offered to have us move rooms but at that point all of our luggage was unpacked.

My room was dusty , the clock didn’t work , the room phone didn’t work , the room had a horrible mildew smell. Is there anything you can do to accommodate me

Took awhile to get checked in…damaged shower head….just not what I expected from an IHG property.

Good value for money. Swimming pool is right next to a highway and fitness room shares space with laundry. We stayed a night before getting the auto yrain at Sanford. Overall quite pleasant.

Kitchen cabinets fall off the wall, recliner ripped open and falling apart, room smells like smoke, hallways smell like mildew, bathroom walls nasty dirty, bathroom cabinets broken and don’t close, and roaches on the kitchen and freezer

Great location and comfortable room.
