We had a clean room and we LOVED the beds. The mattresses were firm and comfortable as well as the lines felt nicely and the covert very puffy. We loved the fresh fruits (papaya, pineapple and cantaloupe) and we were surprised that the bread was fresh as well since sometimes in other hotels the bread is kind of dry. East check in and check out. The cleaning team was very friendly.

It is a hotel in good location. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping stores. A lot of public transportation. Convenient as well.

Todo el hotel excelente, limpieza, recepción, pero el encargado no tiene paciencia con los niños, los quería sentados, y al ir a desayunar nos preguntaba el número de habitacion cada vez que nos servíamos. aunque ya nos había registrado la chica de ahí, es lo único malo que tuve, todo lo demás excelente, felicidades !

El personal del hotel muy amables. Lástima que las condiciones en que mantienen el hotel son muy bajas. Aunque el personal quiere darte el servicio por el que pagaste por la habitación, pues nada más no pueden. El personal de limpieza a de tener micho trabajo y sólo se enfocan en que las camas estén arregladas, pero el baño muy sucio. Gracias a todo el perdonal del hotel y deseamos que tengan mayor apoyo de la compañía para brindar al huésped por lo que se paga.
